I have found the staff friendly and the gym and equipment clean and well maintained. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a good place to workout in the Brockville area.

Great location for this gym for starters. Upon entering, you're usually greeted by 1 of the 2 owners who both are friendly and helpful. The gym is very spacious and has all the equipment that you need. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 changerooms/showers that are always clean and well kept. There is storage space for your bag in the main lobby and there is a Culligan waterbottle filler as well in the lobby. The gym is 24/7 access, which is super convenient.Overall, very nice facility, friendly staff, good location and worth your money.

This is my first experience in a gym and I am overweight and out of shape.I started working with Robin as my personal trainer and she has made me feel much better about being there. She is teaching me new things each session and pushes me to be my best self and try hard.

Nice gym to look at. But the staff has no clue what they're doing when it comes to cancelling memberships, month to month payments, or anything involving your money. Forget this place, better off having your own home gym.

I think they have almost everything you need to get jacked. Wait a minute. I never worked out at this point even though I've been to it and I am from Brockville. I assume it's great

Excellent facility. I have had memberships in most of the other gyms in town (some of which have gone belly up) and this has become my home. Friendly, non judgemental environment with great equipment. Patty is a gem as an instructor.

Very nice gym. Lots of good equipment and not that expensive for a gym. Its truly open 24 hours a day any day. The washrooms are nice. Place is well surveillanced so no one can steal your stuff easily. People need a swipe card to get in.

Love this place. Never felt so welcomed in a gym before. I've looked around town to find a gym and this place is by far the best! Nice owners, new equipments added regularly, and a LOT of space.If you are looking in a gym stop your research and go there now!
