Cambridge Ford Sales

Brandon and Noah were very accommodating when I needed a new truck for my growing business. They met my needs (and exceeded with my upgrades), congrats guys!

I've leased and purchased a few cars from Ridgehill Ford over the years, always been very happy with our sales guys, especially Stewart! Every time we come in for service or to look around (get pricing on a million different trucks), Jim always makes the time to at least come over and say hello. The service staff at the new location have been great, doing what they can to get us in and out as quickly as possible.

We submitted a test drive of the Mustang Mach E at Cambridge Ford and the experience was quite disappointing. We had made an appointment specifically to test drive of the car, but upon arrival were told that the only Mach E they had was not available for test drive unless we wanted to put down the deposit ($500) for the car to take it out. If the car wasn't available for a test drive that should have been communicated to us before we drove down there during rush hour.We were also then told that the specific vehicle we saw online that we were interested in was actually marked wrong online and was $10k more, yet when we left we got an email from the sales rep that the original price was indeed correct. I'm not sure what's going on with the pricing, but I've lost trust in the sales people at Cambridge Ford and likely won't be going back.

I had never been to the new dealership on Eagle Street in Cambridge. I had an awesome experience. The service work was prompt and completed to my complete satisfaction. The waiting area was really nice and comfortable… I couldn’t suggest any improvement. All in all, a great first time visit. I have to say ‘job well done’ on the new dealership facility

We work with Cambridge Ford for all of our corporate fleet purchases and I recently purchased a personal vehicle there. The commercial fleet team is fantastic. Ryan and Guenther make the process simple and seamless. The new building is fantastic, adding a lot to the overall experience.

If I could rate this lower, I would. I am not nasty, in fact, I am quite easy going. One of the Salesman, didn't review all the features of a Ford 150 truck we were thinking of buying and mislead us to believe that it included safety features that were not on that model. We even had this out for a test drive as well. Unfortunately, this misinformation was not noticed until after we signed the purchase agreement. Upon seeing the Manager, he believed the Salesman and not us as to his Salesman misrepresenting the features we were seeking. I asked if the Manager was willing to correct this or give us some options. He said we should have done more research on our part". What is the point of a salesperson then?I said if I could

This dealership has restore my faith in dealership competency. Their service team has always gone above and beyond to expedite the process in solving any issue and they have been completely transparent and accommodating the entire time. I didn't purchase my truck from them, but they have gained a lifelong customer and I most certainly will be bringing my business to them in the future. A+++

Purchased my Ford F150 a month ago from Cambridge Ford. The staff was very professional and friendly and worked hard to make this happen for me. Just had my vehicle into the service department to do a repair for me and I am extremely pleased with the service I received and plan on getting all my service needs done there. A big thanks to Dennis, the Service Manager and Jim, the Sales Manager who made my experience vert positive. Great people to work with.Carole

Took my 2014 focus in for service and dealt with Becky, and I was very happy with the way she handled everything. She kept me in the loop and informed me of the progress of the repairs. They fixed the problem quickly. I definitely recommend Cambridge Ford for any service repairs.
