This is the worst Fastenal I’ve ever dealt with. The company I work for has branches across the province. Trenton Fastenal was overcharging me for years, even with an account setup. I only found out by contacting other branches I’ve dealt with to find out Trenton was charging me double.Even now I’m receiving incomplete orders and having to return multiple times. My last order they even billed it to the wrong company SMH.I’m done with this branch.

Guys always try and find what you are looking for. Military are allowed to walk in and buy. Great advantage when looking for unique bolts or screws.

Dustin Greer is a goof and likely not a business owner. Whenever I call ahead and place a order it's at my shop within a couple days. If your a home owner looking for a one time purchase of a small item, Go to a hardware store. If you own a business or in production, go to Fastenal

Visited Fastenal Trenton today to pick up a few bolts, nuts and washers. The gentleman behind the counter asked me if I had an account... When I said I did not he told me they “Don’t do less than hundreds at a time anymore”. I asked when this started and he says “months ago”. That’s a very interesting business philosophy for a company that doesn’t have a single soul in the parking lot or the building on a Friday at 11 AM. Good luck with that. I’ll never go back. Do yourself a favour and shop at Brafasco... much better! They had no problem taking my $78
