The installer (Matt) went above and beyond to make me happy, but most importantly my dogs. They will be very happy with the extra space he went out of his way to make sure they had. The collars are very light weight, which is great for our little dog. They are very skilled and knowledgeable in helping you train your dog to the fence. I highly recommend them.

I've had a Pet Stop Containment system for my dog for about 9 years now and the few times I've ever had any issues, I have been able to reach either Debbie or Tammy quickly. A few weeks ago, my dog decided to take himself for a walk because his receiver didn't beep or stop him. I charged his collar receiver and thought that was the end of it, until it happened again today. I reached out thru chat, and Tammy responded immediately on their web page. She felt that Debbie would be better for troubleshooting the issue and gave me her number. I called and it was picked up after a few rings. Debbie was able to walk me through resetting the programing on my dog's collar over the phone in a few minutes. After that, she said to put a leash on him and walk him to the spot where he was leaving so he would know that his collar wasn't going to let him leave again without beeping and a shock if he decided to push it. He heard the tones and immediately backed away like he was supposed to. The reset worked and I am happy I didn't have to wait for a weekday to get this resolved. They are always easy to reach and respond quickly. I love my containment system. It's been perfect for my dog since day one. Thank you!
