Our washer broke on a Wednesday night. Filled out their form only and got a message Thursday Morning saying they can come look at it on Friday. Tech was able to fix it on the spot. Very helpful and professional.

Our dryer stopped giving heat yesterday! We put a call out today and had a technician a few hours later. He found the problem and fixed it on the spot.Price was right (to me anyways!)Would definitely recommend this company! Efficient, reliable and fast!

I cannot say enough good things about this business! I received a call back within 5 minutes of filling out their online contact form and a technician was at my house a couple of hours later. Tim was so polite and professional and let me know that a part other than the main one causing an issue in my washer would likely cause problems soon, even though being honest meant that I chose to get a new washer instead of getting him to do the repairs. He also let me know that Costco offers longer manufacturer warranties at no charge. I will absolutely be calling them for any appliance issues in the future :)

These guys are the best! We have used Appliance SOS several times now for different appliance issues and every time they are always so professional and knowledgable. They know how to fix the problem right away and at a reasonable cost. They also have given me helpful tips on how to avoid problems in the future. It makes me feel good to be environmentally conscience while also saving money

I called for a fridge service, but since I was outside their service area, they couldn't visit. However, Michelle offered SUPER Fantastic over the phone service options, and ideas of what to do next. I would definitely recommend them. Kudos to Michelle for the advice.

Spoke with Michelle for the appointment setting. Tim was the assigned service tech and both were a delight to deal with. I am impressed how quickly Tim was able to diagnose the issue on our stovetop which means he is well - experienced on his job and everything was up and running in less than an hour. Highly recommended!

Our washer crapped out, got an appointment with Appliance SOS within very reasonable time, giving my work schedule. Had a great guy show up, called and texted to keep me informed of his time line. His name is Tim Nicols. Guy is a genius. He tore the washer apart and from a few mins, knew what the issues was. He is honest, up front and said a qoute to fix and gave me a direct answers to the million questions i asked and outlined what my options were. He walked me thru his process and and everything. Definitely will be calling for him again the next time I got any issues with my appliances. Well done Tim, ur customer service skills and appl7ance knowledge are 10 stars. Definitely recommend this company

Paid $90 to have my dishwasher fixed. It didn't get fixed, they said I needed a part they don't have. No effort wss made to acquire the part for me or to direct me where I could get a part. They cared more about telling me they are all vaxxed and that I would need to wear a mask in my own home.

Reach out to them , same day they came over to fix the problem. Darren was very polite and professional. He had to order a part told us it should be in by Friday and it did. Called us was back Friday to install the part. By the way that Friday was July 1st, so we were please that they took the time on a holiday to fix our washer.
