Mountain View Property Management Group

I hired this company to shovel my walkway and plow my driveway. I was a little concerned when they asked for 100% of the fee at the beginning of the 2021 season before doing any work at all. I was told they were well staffed, professional, and all I had to do was call to have them come back if more snow fell or the road plow blocked the driveway. They “forgot” to show up so many times my neighbours would joke that they should be paying me to shovel the driveway. Jessica had all kinds of excuses but at least apologized for their poor service. She said the owner (Elias) would speak with me in regards to a partial refund, but after trying to get a hold of him a couple of times, he continues to ignore my requests. I’m still waiting for my refund 2 months Later! Never pay this company 100% of the fee. Better yet, don’t do business with a company that has such poor customer service. Once you pay them they don’t seem to care. Be sure to check their other 1 star reviews on their other google business profiles, this is not the way to do business or manage customers.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!Why do they have so many google listings? Reviews are so bad they must create a new listing.All the 5 star reviews must be fake.

the Management at Mountain View Property management are fantastic with the staff the owner is fantastic. very responsive to fix problems to get properties cleared with snow. But tell the residential customers if we are behind that were still out and trying to get to them I find this is very useful and very great company to work with and for

Zero stars is more accurate. It was a horrible experience dealing with these people so quickly we changed. Easily the worst in Blue Mountain.I am just wondering what company did people with 5 star reviews hire because it was not Jess, Eli and the stoned/drunk crew that we had over.

I’ve had great experiences using MVPMG to manage and clean my property. Them being so responsive and open 24hrs is a huge benefit for property owners!

Prior to switching to Mountain View I had to field constant complaints from guests at my ski chalets about cleanliness of the properties and countless issues with snow removal. Since 2015 I have no longer had to deal with these problems. They have gone above and beyond for me over and over including calls in the middle of the night that on occasion even the owner of the company Eli Trabulsey has taken care of himself for me. Even when the issues were my own fault. I would recommend to anyone in the collingwood and surrounding area to give them a call before making a decision on a property management team. It may sound cliche but Ive tried the rest and they are the best!

I am so grateful to have found Mountain View Property Management Group. Every interaction that I have with them is professional and they manage my ski chalets so efficiently. I am constantly receiving feedback from my guests about how clean and comfortable my places are. I couldn't run my rental business without them.

I have been using Mountain View Property Mgnt group for over 5 years now. I am very happy to have switched to them years ago for cleaning and maintenance of my chalet. They are a one stop shop so to speak bc they cover indoor and outdoor maintenance needs and then some. Any issues I have had from kitchen renos, cottage cleaning, snow removal, clogged drain, lawn cutting, to installing a door lock box they have helped me.I highly recommend them.

We use Mountain View PM Group to manage our Ski/SNowboard condo in the Blue Mountain Resort Area. They are full hands on and take care of everything impeccably. From Bookings that are numerous and plentiful, to cleaning services that are second to none, maintenance and incident occurrences/resolution. We do not have to do a thing while we know our investment is being taken care at top notch level. Great Company, great people!

This company and their employees are fantastic! They take care of all the annoying and mundane elements of an investment property. They always help with resolving unpredictable incidents and make me feel at ease knowing they’re handling all elements of my property, from booking, to cleaning, to property maintenance. I would definitely recommend them.
