Vantec Appliance Installs Ltd.

In the midst of the pandemic, I had to stretch to find a company that would deliver appliances inside my home. They didn't have the usual brands but talked me into acquiring some of their European stock. Beginning of a gong show. Hoses on the washer didn't fit Canadian taps (and one hose cracked in the attempt to fit it); my handyman threw up his hands in horror when he confronted the dishwasher--totally different from anything he'd ever installed. Fortunately, I was given Rob's phone number. It took him a few hours and a couple of trips to Home Depot but he got everything working for me. Thanks, Rob! You can count the stars above--but I'm counting my lucky stars.

Really high quality service! They were able to make it on the same day for a really urgent situation and installed washer and dryer perfectly in a very tight space, solved all difficulties appeared along the way and was courteous and professional throughout the whole challenging process. Definitely will call them again for next appliance related service ! :)

Rob and his partner is very professional. Awesome service! They were able to install the hood fan and stove for us and make everything fit nicely when the previous guy from another company said he can't. Very reasonable pricing too.

Rob was fantastic. I had one previous consultation regarding my noisy sliding hood fan and told me I had to get a brand new unit. I was not convinced at all since the hood fan was only five years old. Then, Rob from Vantec came and repaired the existing unit saving me over $1000 for a new unit. Thank you Rob for your service and anything that was in addition to that particular repair.

Upon a recommendation from our appliance store, we booked with Robert from Vantec for Tuesday to unblock the our dryer's vent. I've been told that it's not a very straightforward job as the access to our vent is difficult. Robert promised that we did not need to worry about anything, he would come and do everything. Sounded a bit too good to be true, and it was. We booked for Tuesday 3-5, but Robert never showed up. Around 5:30, Robert finally responded to my texts saying that he was tied up at a previous job, and we rescheduled for the next day. Needless to say that Robert did not show up on the next day either, but sent some other guy (his contractor) who was 90 minutes late. It also turned out that the guy he sent was not a vent guy": he had no tools needed for the job and did not know what needed to be done. He left within few minutes without doing anything. I called Robert again

Absolutely the best appliance installer hands down! Less pricey than the big boys as well. He went the extra mile to make sure that everything was done right even though the job was larger than he was initially led to believe.

Fantastic service, very personable, fixed a flawed dishwasher install from a previous installer who messed up, showed me some quick fixes. HIGHLY recommended.

Great Install! The team did a fantastic job installing our new double oven. The cabinets are older (20 year old) wood and they did a great job rebuilding the trim around the new oven and matched the current cabinets exactly. Very communicative, great work and reasonably priced. The team will be at the top of my list for the the next project. Thank you!
