Poor poor poor! Received a promotion email from staples for additional 25% off on clearance items. A store staff found a laptop sleeve from back and clearly stated it was on clearance. However, the casher refused to enter the promotion code by repeatedly claiming the promotion only applied on furniture, even after reading the email which states clearance furniture

I read bad reviews about this store. We went there to pickup the online order. I talked to 2 staffs they both were very friendly. The store is big but not busy. I enjoy shopping there.

Worst experience with a return ever. Bought merchandise 2 days earlier. Wanted an exchange. Workers were nice but the guy who claimed to be the manager was an a$$.

Staples is a chain of office supply stores that provides a wide range of products such as office supplies, furniture, technology, and business services. They are a one-stop-shop for office needs and a popular destination for both personal and business customers.I regularly visitethe Staples location in Markham and overall, it is a good experience. The store is clean and well-stocked with a wide range of products. The location is also conveniently located with plenty of free parking. However, my only complaint is that on multiple occasions, it has been difficult to find an employee to help with an item that is under lock and key. The employees seemed uninterested and unwilling to assist. Despite this, if you can find someone to help, this is a great location with a variety of office supplies.

Was at the copy center twice recently. There were only 2 staff both times. One staff was fully busy with admin work both times, meaning there is only 1 staff available for customers with questions.

The price to use a computer to print something is outright predatory. If I remember it's like $1 a min. I was in a rush and couldn't save the file onto USB. So I had to log into my email to find the file they charged me like $10 to use they computer for 5 mins and print from my email.Their photocopy and printer settings is also predatory. The default is set to print in colour, which charges your more instead of default on black and white. It's purposely made that way so if you forget to select black and white for printing they can charge you more.If you don't plan ahead you will be ripped off. Save your files on USB and print yourself and remember to change it to black and white before you print.Or just go to the old fashion convience stores that charge 15 cents per page

On one occasion I came here for printing help, and was just told to go to the work stations or figure things out online and quickly dismissed, with no support or customer service provided. Very disappointing and unhelpful experience. I ended up going to another Staples location and was met with much better service.Another occasion I came to this location to look at office chairs, furniture and other products, only to find limited selection on desks, very high prices for chairs, and no good, affordable options. No support and service was provided or offered.

I was really surprised at how passive the employees were to the waiting customers. I had to pick up an order from their solution shop/printing area, so they bounced me from one door to the next, having me wait outside for 20 minutes with no one else in the queue in front of me. There was clearly a mix up with the pick up for the printing area, but it'd be nice if one side communicated to the other side so multiple employees tell you they are calling the lady from that side"... who is actually a man. Facepalm.The worst part is

I have been here a few times usually to ship stuff out or to print pictures. All of my experiences I have been helped by Dimitri. He has great customer service and really cares to help customers. I appreciate his efforts on coming up with a solution to last minute printing of pictures.

Been going to this location for my printing needs in the past couple of months, good experience so far. Staff are friendly and the place looks tidy and clean all the time.
