I’ve been here a few times. I’ve had them run out of several drink items or forget to just add it. However, the staff is friendly. They’ll also let you know that they ran out of ingredients. The place is kept pretty clean everytime I’ve been there. Cleaner than most Coco stores. Lastly, the store hours are not the best.

So Tina served me the best bubble tea a couple of weeks ago and she explained to me well about ingredients . I love you Tina,,keep up the good work.Jokes apart ,I have tried bubble tea from TP tea,kung fu tea,ghon chu tea,machi machi,chai time and many more but she actually made the best bubble tea.Order Milk tea with tapioca and coconut jelly.

Service was quick, considering there was only one man working and a ton of orders in his queue. He addressed the line and apologized for the wait which I appreciated. Friendly & courteous service & yummy drinks. Clean, spacious and cute interior.Would highly recommend!

Great place and very well designed. Always come here during work on my breaks to get some tea. My favorite is their Santa from the Blue Moon!! So good!!

I love their brown sugar milk tea. I have been buying it at least 2 to 3 times a week. This locations milk tea tastes watered-down and it tastes disgusting. This happened twice in a row now so not coming back to this location.

They forgot the straws! What good is bubble tea without straws? I edited this review because they apologized, and the bubble tea tastes okay. Not as creamy as it used to be, and the diameter of the straw is too small for the pearls. The pearls get stuck at the bottom tip of the straw.
