I stopped in for a late lunch, I was greeted immediately with a warm professional smile, and direction to find a table that's make me feel comfortable. My Servers name was Serena, she is the dream server, exceeded expectations in every single aspect of my lunch. With the highest level of professionalism she was able to make each person feel like their experience was important to her.Sometimes in 2022 service has slipped, I want to make sure that you don't think my comments are based on a good server compared to the decline. My comments are based on wanting to give someone 100% tip.While I was writing this, her interactions with a coworker, made me want to include it. A natural normal work conversation, but she included compliments with enthusiasm.If you are ever near Red Deer, I would recommend stopping by to see Serena. I promise she will renew your faith in humanity like she did to mine.

We came in tonight, not overly busy. Was told to sit wherever we liked. Sat there for 20 minutes until someone finally came over and said we were sitting in a reserved seating area when there was clearly no reserved sign on the table we were sitting at. Don’t tell people to sit wherever we want, maybe try seating us or hell, follow us with menus to make sure we aren’t sitting in a reserved section or tell us not to sit in a certain area. Not sure why we continue to give this place a chance since our experiences are never good. Do better.

Went with my husband for a date night and NEVER AGAIN!My husband's beer from the tap was watered out/flat, our nachos came with an enormous piece of plastic melted into the cheese ( I have no idea what this plastic even was...gross)! When they re-made them, they were pretty tasteless and unappealing. And... our wings were the entire wrong order/flavour. All this and not one supervisor or manager came to apologize or check in and we were ONLY offered 10% off the bill. Pretty pathetic service to begin with and then this... we will never return.

Went today and was very impressed by the non-alcoholic cocktail options. We had each of the three and they were all really good and had more nuance to their ingredients than just “juice and soda”.

Use to be a good place to order from and go to. The last several times we have ordered we have not been happy. First problem was the fries were half the amount they should have been, like 8 fries is all we got. Called and they said they are weighed so it was the proper portion. This time, the fries and fish were burnt. We have been ordering from this place for years but since covid the food quality has gone down. We will not be ordering or supporting this establishment again. When you go into restaurant it is load and service is normally slow. I would recommend any place else.

I came here yesterday with my other half. Shelby was my waiter . She was fantastic. Checked on us often was quick efficient and friendly. Our food was okay but Ceasars were the best i have had in a long while. Mediocre food is worth going back for, if you have a waitress like Shelby:)

great service! we had a drink that we didn't like changed and we had no problems with it! 5/5our food was amazing! everything was warm and our food was ready very quickly. 5/5atmosphere pretty good. it was Friday evening and a lots of people. but we found calm place and enjoyed hockey game! 5/5as for me, very nice place for having tasty food and watching people;)5/5 review

Had lunch at OJs today. First time at this location and it was very good. I had a steak sandwich med-rare and it was cooked perfect. The Cajun shrimp were also cooked good , not chewy. The sweet potato fries with dill dip were awesome, nice and crispy. Service and atmosphere were also good. I will definitely be back. Thanks.
