Passive aggressive and unprofessional. Took well over a year on a Corporate return, when i enquired, got multiple excuses and I was informed that he was too busy to finish it and about to go on vacation. I took my business elsewhere and I'm glad I did.Update: I noticed Copetti denying I was a customer, I have invoices and a frustrating email chain with Mr. Shewring to prove it.
