Hard no. Went here and was told that we were going to have to wait a bit as dough bits were going to be fresh. As another reviewer stated they were cold and chewy. While there used the washroom and 2 of them were disgustingly dirty (and looks like they have been for awhile). Had I seen the washrooms prior i wouldnt have eaten there

Customer service is awful. 3 people working at 820pm, only a small skip order in front of me and I was ignored. When I was finally spoken to after 10 mins the lady says are you ready to order. I nodded yes and she walked away and started doing something and I was ignored again! I finally spoke up and asked if I can place an order and she looked dumbfounded. 3 employees and it took 20 mins to get an order. No one in line or behind me. No one sitting in the restaurant. I'm absolutely disappointed with this treatment. I held back from saying anything. But here is my review. April 4th 2023, 840pm. Got home and didn't even receive the order I placed. Asked for 12 bits with double oreo, no glaze and strawberry in a small container.

I was beyond disappointed with what we got from the wonderland store just a little while ago . I order from the downtown store all the time and they never let me down .Tonight these are rock hard like it’s crazy too hard to even eat and hardly any toppings on them my kids are so let down just a waste of money .I called the store left a message I hope something can be done cause before this I was a loyal customer and hate leaving a review like this . I wouldn’t even mind if you could just remake my order for me and send it back out properly. I don’t need the money back. I just want what I paid for. Thank you have a good night.

So I ordered from this location for the first time and am completely disappointed...nothing like the Richmond location...barely any toppings...they really cheaped out..I ended up adding my own Nutella and while chocolate because It was just bare.. the milkshake was so thin..nothing like the Richmond where its nice thick and creamy location.. I had to pick this location as the other one is not on Uber eats. Next time I'll just go for the drive...not buying from here ever again.. don't waste your money at this location

Had the cinnamon sugar dough bits and the lotus milkshake, both were so yummy! We will definitely be coming back!Edit. Just wanted to say today I went back for the lotus milkshake and it was made without the caramel style sauce down the side or cookie pieces. There was definitely a taste of lotus within the milkshake but it was very faint. I think perhaps the employee was unsure of how to make it. She was very nice though. I’ll attach a photo of the lotus milkshake I received today for comparison of what I received on other visits.

Fresh doughnut bits and great customer service too.We've ordered them before but this was first time in the store. While they do have signage, it is inside Tahini's.This is a favourite in my house and we shall return. They come out soft but crispy with your choice of toppings.

Tried these out for the first time and know I’ll be back to try other combinations. Lots of choices. The bits themselves are like crispy timbits. But lighter. Then comes the toppings. Awesome. Glad we went in to try them.

Absolutely terrible from this location! Dough bits are rock hard and next to no toppings! I usually order from the one downtown but SkipTheDishes automatically sent my order to this location and I can honestly tell you never ever order from the Westmount location! If you are going to order dough bits make sure to order from the Richmond st location they never send out their product like this! I bought them for my kids and not even going to give them these as I will then have to make a dentist appointment to fix broken teeth! Absolutely disappointing…..

DoughBits is such a good place for desserts and I will surely recommend this place to others to enjoy such a delicious menu. I tried lotus shake and pancakes and they were mouth watering. Customer service was also amazing.

The first time I had doughbits was from the Richmond location. She made them fresh and they were absolutely DELISH! Since then I’ve ordered them probably 4 times from the wonderland location since it’s closer to my house. Every time since then- they have been stale old piece of dough that I paid way too much money for.Last night my Husband and I were looking for a snack. We decided to give them one last chance and I even put on the receipt please make fresh. Well $40 wasted and we threw them all in the garbage they were so terrible. They tasted like they were made days ago sitting out on the counter. Couldn’t even bite them. Absolutely will not be ordering from this business again.
