Pleasantly surprised!!- great price- very clean- good breakfast- good sleep!We were a little hesitant because of the ratings and reviews, but it was a nice stay got a big room, very clean, smells good and comfy pillows and bed!!! I very much recommend. I think people are very sensitive now a days if it’s not a 5 star they aren’t pleased. So help them get to 5!!

- Easy to reach.- Friendly staff.- Neat and clean location.- Clean Room.- Good breakfast facility.- Truly High speed Internet connection.- Parking area is observed by security Cameras.- All facilities inside the Room like TV, Fridge, Microwave, Chait, Table, Coffee, Hair-Dryer, Iron,- Good House keeping.

Very friendly staff, accommodating. Free breakfast is convenient and has a decent selection. I was working nights when I stayed, and the staff was very good at not disturbing me during the day. Anytime I needed fresh towels or bedsheets they were brought to me.

Worst hotel experience ever. Located connected to a strip club. The room for complementary breakfast was closed with lights off every morning at designated times. Paid for queen beds and was put in a room with double size beds. I called Expedia to complain and the personnel at the hotel outright lied about the service. We had to spend a total of 3 nights there with no room upgrade to what we paid for and when I complained again when I checked out the front desk argued that I only paid for the smaller beds and I made him look it up. He then told me that we were in queens anyway. I showed him that his paperwork said doubles and he still told me I was wrong. I have a queen at home and the beds were definitely not what I paid for!!!

Nice hotel stayed here for a month. while i was in edson i originally booked 1 week after my 1 week was over i extended my stay for another 30 days because how quiet relaxing and cool it is

I arrived in edson around 5:30am from driving all night and Baymont was able to accommodate me on short notice within 10min of my arrival. Great customer service! And will be staying here again.

Staff were great and put us at ease. Our room had new carpet and actually a VERY comfy bed hence the 5 star cause this is not a 5 star hotel in general. Hallways could use some cleaning up in terms of debris and vacuuming. It’s not new carpet in the halls but keeping it clean would make a difference. Room was very clean! We had a good, comfy, quiet nights sleep.

If I could give 0 stars for this hotel I would ! No wonder there wasn’t any other cars in the parking lot. The guy at the front desk was awfully rude to me, wouldn’t explain when I would receive my $300 deposit back because (he’s not the bank) yet he said he needed $300 from me? Finally he said it depends on my bank and I will get it back when I check out as long as the room is clean and no visitors after 10 pm. I asked if me and my partner could have a room with a balcony and he said they were fully booked - and gave us the room RIGHT BESIDE the front desk the first room in the hallway. He was completely condescending and the room was an inconvenience in itself as it had no outlets in the bathroom or near it, no mirrors, no other wall outlets in the entire room except for one by the bed. There wasn’t even an alarm clock in the suite to tell the time if our phones were dead when there’s only one outlet to charge them. When we were packing to leave we asked if it was possible to have 30 extra minutes for an 11:30 checkout and he said no.I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone stay anywhere else! There was no other guests in the hotel the entire night and no cars in the morning yet he stated they were “fully booked”.
