Amazing program for photos, notes, and reporting!! I would recommend this for any company.Hydro (their water program) glitches A LOT not very user friendly, tutorials are very generic. And they do not have 24hr support.Kyle with sales was amazing, but once you have purchased the software he will not answer calls.This software has an amazing amount of potential, but not a stand alone program. I would recommend supplement programs for readings and/or equipment recommendations.Again I have kept the program because the Photos, Notes and the reporting is UNBEATABLE!

DON'T waste your time on this software. Make sure this software meets the needs of your (adjusters) customers as far as reports and/or spreadsheets. We were told they could adjust reports/spreadsheets to accommodate the insurance company's requirements. Its been over a year we've requested things be adjusted, and we keep getting the run around. Its very frustrating having to edit each report. If you are a windows user to edit on PDF you have to change the whole report to a different font before making any edits if not the whole report has different fonts. Making adjusters extremely upset.

Get the app, its a game changer; especially for Contents and creating SOL's. It saves me so much time and gives a nice polished document with photo sheet for the insurer.
