I don't go in, but this team is awesome great customer service at the window and the whoppers are nice and neat, not sloppy like other locations!

Oh I’m delighted to be there tonight. The atmosphere, cleanliness, food, staff everything was amazing.To me customer interaction with the staff decides wether I’ll be coming back or not.But these happy smiling team is amazing and yes it’s is going to be on top of my go to go place from now onwards.I had a confusion explaining the deal tickets I had, but NARAYAN was very understanding and polite. Worse burger King in Ontario!!! Drive to woodstock or London if you want your food cooked right mostly tastes like reheated burgers and chicken. And never get your entire order right or care to fix the issue in a fair way.

We went through the drive through on Sunday night, we noticed that the line was not moving at all. The vehicle at the window was not moving, the line to order food was not moving. We waited a long time. When we got to the window to order she apologized for the wait and for drink shortages. But getting past our annoyance, the person serving us was pleasant, friendly, smiling and awesome despite working in less than perfect conditions and having to apologize for issues Burger King was having! She was really great!! Thank you!! I wish I knew your name!! We will definitely be back, probably because of you!

Good clean location. Forgot how reasonable the prices at BK were compared to others like Wendy’s or A&W. Very happy with my visit, will definitely be back.

A new store bound to have some kinks to work out, but this place is garbage. I've given them my business 4 times now and there is an issue every time. Slowest fast food in town, order ahead with mobile app have not been out of drive through in less than 20 minutes. Chicken is always dried out like its been sitting under a heat lamp for 12 hours. Order is never right. I order 10 ghost pepper nuggets for myself and 10 regular nuggets for my wife, I get 8 she gets 9? A BBQ Bacon King has 2 patties in the picture on the menu but you only get 1 patty from this restaurant. I won't return to this location again.

This rating is only for the lady manager rest all staff is good. It was cold outside so i asked her about to stay 3 to 4 hours in the restaurant and will order later. But the kind of behavior she was showing was rude. How can you be so crumble that you have no emotional attachment to the child of 19 years old. This is the behavior you are dealing with customers and upgrading the rank of so called BURGER KING. Guys please treat everyone equal. Show some emotions as a Manager.

Stopping by after driving couple of hours, our son requested a favorite meal and we were satisfied with the service and food here. The location is perfect and the establishment looks new.

Service was above average. Not as good as the last time I was here.Food was good for Burger king.Your ice machine was empty. Not sure how that happens.Your drinks were limited.You need to do better if you want to survive in such a small town.

Drive thru was busy and so was the store front.There was a wait to be served but with only two staff they were doing their best.
