Had an excellent experience here being looked after by Tracy. She exuded warmth, positivity, and joy in helping me find a car during a very tight circumstance. Very helpful and on top of it all, appreciative amongst the rest of the great staff. I loved the car, rented it for a fair price, and had a wonderful time in Nfld. Hertz is the place!!!!! Yes, this is an off-site rental location, but the shuttle was easy and efficient, the wait both to pick up and return was zero, the car was exactly what was requested, and the service was top-notch. None of the usual drama trying to coax you into a free gas-guzzling upgrade or waiting 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick you up. Tracy and Shane were both extremely courteous and friendly in getting us on our way out the door and back to the airport. Impressed.

It's a shame it's off-site, but super easy to get there. They have a shuttle, or if it isn't available, they covered our taxi. You only need to call when arriving. Car was very nice, and very clean.

My reservation was cancelled and was told that my driver license was invalid because it is a novice license which doesn't make sense since my license is still valid. Also their website and the reservation terms do not state anything regarding the novice class. Went to enterprise car rental afterwards and they had no issues with my license.

Had an excellent experience being attended to by Jay. He was very patient in finding the best car that matched my needs during a very tight circumstance. Tracy was very helpful in resolving an issue I had with leaving a device in the car. The excellent, over and beyond service that this team displays is out of this world. Came in this morning on a very early flight. No issues with prompt shuttle service. Most of all, Tracy made the check-in service very easy, smooth and fast. Great experience! The staffs are really friendly, and the car is very new and clean. To get to Hertz, you could go to Thrifty(which is inside the airport) and ask for a shuttle bus or a taxi voucher.

Huge shout out to Wanda at the airport getting us our car at 6:30am when we asked. She could have easily turned us away till 8.00am when they opened but she helped us get our rental early. Big shout out to Wanda ! Again thank you very so much !

Absolutely thrilled with the customer service. All rental companies were booked solid but one Hertz employee went above and beyond for us. She phoned her manager and was able to find us a truck to spend the next 4 days in. Thank you, your a gem!

The car performed very well. It sensed slowing cars in front and slowed whether in cruise or not. Staff at both ends were very polite and helpful. Erika at YYT went well out of her way to resolve problems and smooth our arrival.
