Highly recommend. My first visit w 3 girlfriends (Toronto and Ottawa) and we LOVED the look, feel (much bigger than we expected), very clean, beautiful decor. Everyone should do the Spa Retreat, either alone or prior to a service! I have a 32 yr working in the spa industry and this gem in Kingston was impressive. My girlfriends loved their facials and will def be our go-to when visiting K Town. Wonderful staff too.

This was my first time here and I was just blown away! The staff are incredibly kind and the facility/spa is immaculate. It was exactly what I needed to decompress, and I can’t wait to come back!

We were visiting from the Toronto area and wanted a spa experience, not just treatments. My wife and I did a half day spa retreat using the very large hot tub (size of a small swimming pool) as well as sauna and eucalyptus rooms. We also had treatments. Every single staff person made us feel welcome and did everything possible to help us relax (which we needed) and enjoy. We highly recommend Glow.

I had a lovely day (the full spa experience). My facial and massage were wonderful. The spa area was comfortable and relaxing. My only gripe is the music choice and volume. When I go to a spa I want spa music, not soft rock/pop music. Does not induce relaxation. Also even in the treatment rooms the volume of the music was too loud, and in the spa area it was deafening. I'm glad I had a pair of earplugs with me.

I am four sessions into my laser hair removal package with Sam and I’m already living my best hair free life - if you’re thinking about doing it, definitely go for it! Sam is so kind and professional, I always feel so well taken care of here. The spa is beautiful and clean, and everyone is so friendly. Highly highly recommend!!

I had my procedure done by a Registered Nurse and when i went to pay the receptionist asked me how much i wanted to tip.I was shocked and I thought tipping would up-to me if any .That was my first time at glow skin care and my last. I will never be back.

A traditional sauna that can handle water on the rocks? Finally!! Going occasionally is nice, but if you're local, the membership(1hr daily) option is the best way to experience more benefits of hot/cold immersion therapy. I'm not sweating the small stuff, I'm sleeping more soundly, waking up more easily, and my skin is so happy! 10/10 worth every penny!!

As much as my 3 friends and I enjoyed our personal services, we were also quite disappointed with how the spa package is organized. We did a half day packages, which included time in the pool room and one service each (I personally had a facial, which I did really enjoy). Our services were split up from each other, which we were fine with, but two of my friends went in for later 1hr and 15min services at 1130am, therefore finishing at 1245pm. We were surprised that the pool room closed at 12-1pm for cleaning, which lead to everyone in the pool room to be ushered into the changing room where there are only 4 showers and tight spots for how many people were there. We were under the impression that while waiting for our other 2 friends to finish that we would have access to the pool room for the overlapping time, which obviously was not the case. Instead we sat around for an extra hour in the changing room and the afternoon spa package people arriving and of course crowding the changing room yet again. We were also only give half an hour to rush to eat our complimentary" charcuterie board and have access to our "complimentary" drink.The pricing also was kind of not really much of a deal when we thought about it
