Wanted to buy a drink and tried their bubble waffle but the lady at the front kept playing with her hair with GLOVED hands and didn't bother changing the gloves. Very unsanitary.

The grown balding man is rude to his employee's and customer's. When I was ordering he talked to me in a rude manner and it made me uncomfortable and not welcomed, I am very disappointed that even a grown man couldn't treat his customers right. The drink had white residue forming on the top and it made me throw my drink away after looking at it. I would never recommend this location to anyone .

Really bad service. I was waiting in line for 15 minutes and all the cashier did was walk around. It wasn’t busy at all. After waiting for a long time, me and another individual behind me left because we were totally being ignored. For what? Really bad service. This was around 7:15. This was going to be my first time trying this place, now I will be avoiding it from here on out and will be notifying my friends and family to also avoid this location so that they avoid this terrible experience.

The drinks look very appealing and delicious, but one problem i had was when i ordered a mango paradise, i meant to order the one with the bubble waffle, but then got the drink. Please change the name of each item if they’re not the same, or ask which one they mean.

I got a brown sugar milk tea. Tea was very watery and gritty (from the brown sugar???)Literally the worst bubble tea I've had so far in all of Edmonton.

We tried the mango boba tea n mango peach smoothie. Both were good. Worth the money.
