While I love the classes and instructors at the King St studio, the front desk staff here is so, so terrible. It's disheartening to consistently encounter unfriendly, condescending receptionists who offer no flexibility for minor delays (which is quite common for those relying on public transportation like the TTC or in general, navigating Toronto traffic). It's evident that there is a stark contrast between the great quality of the classes and instructors and the lackluster customer service. Based on other numerous similar reviews highlighting poor service, this seems to be a widespread issue. Fitness should be an empowering experience for all individuals, and it's regrettable that this studio does not prioritize better care for their valued clients. I would check out other studios in the city for a better fitness experience.

This review is not the class itself, which was good, but for the front desk. This place has the WORST customer service. I arrived to my scheduled class and waited 5min for the receptionist, Laura, to even acknowledge me. After checking in she tells me I would be charged an additional fee because I attended a class in 2015. I explained that was not me and I had never been to this studio. She then continues to tell me but that’s what her system indicates and she’s going to charge me, all the while she was extremely rude and condescending. I asked what my options were and she said pay the difference or forfeit the class in which case I would be charged for a no-show. This is unacceptable and the studio really needs to employ front desk staff that are trained with customer service to treat people with respect. I attend many fitness studios in the city and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered.

The best workout and the best vibe. Always enjoy my classes and really lose myself in an incredible workout that truly sculpts the body. Highly recommend

The workout is a hybrid of HITT and pilates, with the entire class done on an oversized megareformer pilates machine. The class killed us, Rory was sweet but tough and a hawk for form. The price is steep but surprisingly pretty standard for Reformer Pilates in Toronto at $32 for a drop-in. The vibe of the studio caters to men and women (although we've yet to see a guy) with it's hardcore black and red theme and the crowd is fairly young - 20's-30's particularly at this location.

I had only one session there, but my experience was extremely delightful. It was there for a boxing class. We were almost 20 minutes late , yet they accommodate our session ( 45 min) . I am new to boxing , but i enjoyed the training and Luis was professional and he knows what he is doing …

High chance of getting injured.Horrible instructors, worst i’ve seen so far.I do not recommend this studio unless you are mid/senior level.

I love the targeted workout, nothing beats Lagree for targeting specific muscle groups in a workout. That said, the mode of instruction needs to be improved, you can't really tell when folks are moving from one movement to the next without looking around, the post workout stretch needs to be longer. It's still an awesome workout but if you're a beginner, it can be quite tough
