Great place for lunch with a good city view!We ate lot of items, and everything was amazing! Servers are very friendly & they strongly suggest what to eat & they are proven to be right time & again!

Ever try king crab? No better place to try then Dynasty Seafood restaurant. They cooked the 3 dish offering to perfection. The legs in steamed garlic, body in spicy pepper and the shell in perfect cheesy Portuguese style rice. Very reasonable pricing as well. Another great dish was crispy chicken on sticky rice. Service was good, personal dining plates were changed often. Dining atmosphere was good as well. Very enjoyable dinner!

I had my 50th birthday dinner with my good friends. We were able to bring bottles of wine for a small fee. We ordered the set meal of lobster, sea cucumber soup, tofu, deep fried squid and green bean soup. The staff are very attentive and friendly.

Dynasty Seafood Restaurant
Came here for dimsum and dinner and the service was excellent both times. The lobster over sticky rice was amazing and a must try! The dimsum menu has recommended popular items and they were all delicious and all came out in a timely manner. Free parking around the back of the building was also a plus!

Key tip: there is car valet machine at restaurant, don't pay at the parking.Food: We ordered a 6 people dinner package. The package is smart and thoughtful, it has different type foods (meat, seafoods, veg) and used up the duck properly without additional fees (soup or skin). The waiter and waitress would keep our plates clean. Only comment to the restaurant: one of the lady server had an extremely tough time cutting the duck skin. Please provide more training. Our duck skin dish looks very very very sad.

Not only is it one of the recommended restaurants by Michelin Guide Vancouver, Dynasty Seafood Restaurant is also the winner of Vancouver’s Chinese Restaurant Awards in the Best Dim Sum and Best Cantonese categories in 2022. With such a profile, I had very high expectations, and Dynasty totally delivered!We went there for dinner. Every single dish we ordered was delicious! Fresh ingredients, properly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Each plate was thoughtfully put together and not just thrown together. Wait staff was attentive, pleasant and courteous.It was such an enjoyable experience that we went back the next day to try their dim sum. Again, the whole Dim Sum experience was amazing.If you are in the Vancouver area and looking for good Cantonese food, Dynasty Seafood Restaurant is definitely not to be missed!

I was really looking forward to trying Dynasty as I love dim sum and saw reviews indicating this is the best restaurant for dim sum in Vancouver, but the food and service were both horrible.Once we were seated; we were ignored for 10 minutes, until we flagged a server over and told him we were ready to order. We ordered 4 items (compoy and crab soup dumpling, BBQ pork buns, crab and pork dumplings, and BBQ pork pie with lemon). When we ordered, our server told us that the compoy and crab soup dumpling takes a little while longer to prepare (which is fine for us), but did not specify how long.After about 5 minutes, the food started to arrive. First, the BBQ pork pie with lemon. While it was prepared well, the taste was like an overly sweet lemon cough drop - not good. Next were the BBQ pork buns - again, the buns were soft and light, but the BBQ pork filling tasted like it came from a can. Then the crab and pork dumplings arrived - the crab meat tasted rotten that I spat it out - horrible! Once we “finished” those dishes, after about 10min, we flagged our server down to ask how much longer for the compoy and crab soup dumpling.He answered “it takes longer,” and when asked how long, he said 45min from ordering and that we’d still have to wait 20 more minutes, and then rudely said “I told you already” (no he didn’t!). I understand some dishes take longer, but when the average dish comes out in 10min, my definition of longer would be 20-25min, not 45min - this is something that should be labeled on the menu.Finally the compoy and crab soup dumpling came out, and it was mediocre at best. We had to flag down our server again to get the bill, and then we left (still hungry, with an awful taste in our mouths). Would avoid at all costs, absolutely horrible!

My friend is a regular customer so service tonight is exceptional. Quite different from my past experience. I asked for low sodium option and they listened. Lobster is slightly over cooked, still delicious. Overall a great dining experience.

Came here on a Thursday at 11:00 A.M. and there were still plenty of empty tables but by the time we left shortly after 12:30 P.M., there was a line of people waiting for a table.Overall, taste and quality of the dim sum is above average. The seafood and beet dumpling was interesting. You could definitely see real hunks of crab in there. Nice that the fried squid tentacles didn't have a heavy batter. It was light but still crunchy. Skin on the dumpings were not overly thick. You could definitely taste the truffle in the mushroom truffle dumplings. Price is proportionate to the quality and quantity of food you get. Wouldn't mind returning again.Service was average. Nothing exceptional also no complaints.Nice thing is that your parking is free for 2 hours for lunch. You just have to enter in your license plate at the tablet right inside the front of the restaurant.
