I just want to thank Abby and Jen for making this a positive and easy experience. Both my wife and I had the pleasant experience of a hearing assessment conducted under the competent and professional care of Abby. Abby was very caring, informative and reassuring. It was evident to us that customer care, education and service were her priorities.Although neither of us required hearing aid devices at this time, we know that going forward Abby will be helping guide us on our journey to maximizing our hearing wellness.

I've never had anything short of a positive experience at this location. To say the staff are helpful and informative is an understatement. They genuinely care about your hearing success and are empathetic with your struggles during your hearing loss journey. I have had many audiologists over the course of growing up and I feel most reassured and comforted here.

This place is the best they are professionals and know their stuff there is no pressure to purchase and they explain everything in simple terms and care about you as a customer re the worry and costs they make it a pleasure to get your hearing tested and they really care about you and I get the feeling there is nothing that have not been asked when it comes to your hearing

My father moved into a long-term care home and had long lost his hearing aids. He couldn't come down to the store to get refitted, so the Kelowna HearingLife folks worked with me to get a new pair that would work for him. And they work very well. Making a big difference. Thank you.

Abby and the team are fantastic!! From testing to helping with choices, fitting & follow ups. My experience was always in a professional but relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend them with any hearing issues.
