On Saturday November 10 my brother saw a pair of Wharfdale speakers with a price of $12.99. My brother inquired about them and the manager immediately took off the price saying that there was no way they would be price at that. She said she was going to Google them and check the price. We waited at least 15 minutes and she still hadn't returned. I phoned today to find out if they were still there and the person on the phone said, I can't. You have to in to see yourself" Nice customer service."

***STORE IS CLOSED!*** A bit confusing to get into as they share an entrance with the recycling centre (use the left lane!). Was a bit disappointed to find out it is now a donation centre ONLY, has signs once you get through saying “this store is permanently closed.” Feel like that should use the large sign by the road to specify that, would save some confusion. Donation centre is well run though, very organized and friendly staff.

If I could give no stars I would. I was not impressed at all with the person who was handling the drop offs of donations. I found him arrogant and very unfriendly. I regret now dropping off the clothes and shoes that I did which were all in very good condition. In future I will take my donations to the Value Village up on Bovaird. Their staff are always very friendly and they thank you for you donation. This person treated me like I was wasting his time dropping items off.

The manager has a very bad attitude towards the clients and seems to be towards the employees too .speaks in a very rude manner . very disappointing .

I went there for the first time in October right before Halloween. It was a little confusing at first trying to figure out how to enter. It is a smaller location then what I'm used to but either way I still found many great items with great prices too. The staff were friendly and the washroom was clean. What really made my day was a friendly costumer noticed I had a bit of items..kids clothes and stuff for me and he was so kind to give me a coupon towards my purchase. I definitely will go back and can't wait to see what other goodies I find! I would rate this location a 4.5

Decent prices when you factor in a donation coupon of $10 or a 40-50% sale day.Staff seems very friendly.
