Daniel wiped and reinstalled windows 11 to remove a virus. He had me up and running in two days. Great communication and skill. I'll be working with him for any future problems. Best tech I've come across yet in Victoria. Highly recommended.

Daniel came yesterday to hook up our printers after we installed a new modem. There was an issue with the modem and he had to call Shaw. We got a very unhelpful person and he was on the phone for 1 hour with her. He was very patient and got the info. He suggested we call them for a rebate fo the time he spent on that call. I did and they gave it to us. He had to spend 3.5 hours at our house but it was money well spent and very highly recommend him and this company.

Daniel provided me with support to upgrade my computer to Windows 10 so I could use my printer. I was told I couldn't do this without buying a new computer but Daniel proved them wrong. I was worried about all my files being lost but they weren't and I had a great experience when I got my computer back and little effort using it again. He was very helpful and I learned a lot.

Daniel is now on my speed dial! In 45 minutes, he set up my printer, fixed my camera and corrected a glitch on Zoom from my home, at a very reasonable rate. I am in business again! Highly recommended!

Just did some moving and my computer seemingly stopped working when I set it back up in its new home, and was losing my mind trying to figure out how to fix it.Called TickTockTech and Daniel called me back within an hour and walked me through what could be wrong, we got past a few red herrings for the main issue with the computer and it turned out it was something incredibly simple that I missed.I really appreciate the help, being only barely computer literate Daniels help was very thorough and professional and even though the mistake was mine I really appreciate the help getting everything fixed! Highly recommend!
