UNIQLO CF Richmond Centre

I have every single color of their T shirt. It's just so versatile and comfortable. I am lazy, I throw all colors together in the wash and use the dryer (I know, I'm ruining my clothes) HOWEVER, Uniqlo clothes last. Their quality is good that I don't need to worry about discoloration, early wear and tear. Highly recommend stocking up on the essentials when they're on sale!

There was a glitch on my bank app showing that one of the transactions was charged twice. Rajpreet was very patient and helped me find the transaction on one of the machines which was indeed only charged once. After calling the bank, they said it was only a display glitch. Thanks to Rajpreet for being very helpful and acted in a timely manner.

A place for everyday wear, quality is decent but don't expect the clothes will last very long given the price they are expecting you to change clothing every couple years. Be aware some items are not allowed to exchange nor refund especially if you have opened the package.

This store has the worst manager, Thomas! He didn't let me return a jacket even I have the original receipt! I didn't have the same debit card so I just asked for a store credit. I drove all the way there to return before 30 days and he insisted to only return to the same debit card. So if I have a gift receiptfor the same product I cann get a store credit but if I have the original receipt I can't!!! Because of him I will never ever ever buy a anything from UNIQLO for the rest of my life and make sure everyone I know not getting anything there either. I also found down that if you get a gift receipt they only return you the credit of the lowest price not the originals price that was paid for originally. And you have to return to the same store location not any location. This company has really bad customer services and practice.

Staff are very friendly and able to help. The store is clean and well stocked! They have a self checkout which is awesome.

Im a loyal fans. Love Uniqlo. Fabrics, qualities and design are good but not expensive. Please occupy a space in Vancouver downtown.

This store has a great selection of Japanese-style clothing, great staff members and great customer service. We love clothes from Uniqlo as they are very comfortable and are reasonable priced. We have been to their stores in Osaka and Tokyo in Japan as well as in Taipei, Taiwan, and in Thailand. Thanks for opening you stores in Canada.Photos © Sanjib Dutta

I like the clothing there, always good quality clothing and perfect for the weather.- 1 star for the poor service, cashier took way too long and was just chatting with her coworkers and was heavily distracted checking us out.- 1 star for how messy everything was. Lots of the clothes were flipped other way around, the sale signs were placed in misleading places hence why we were shocked to know the items we grabbed were actually not on sale even when there were two for sale signs in the aisle (when every product was the same there except in different colours)Besides that, Uniqlo is always a good place to buy clothing and fitting for the weather. I loved the jackets that I bought.

Asked to exchange a pair of pants purchased online for a different size. The pants were bought on sale and the cashier said the pants were now showing up as regular price on the system so I have to PAY the $10 difference in order to exchange sizes. Pretty sure that's not how exchanges work. She said she doesn't know why it's scanning at the original price, maybe it was an online exclusive? She asked her co worker who shrugged and said the same thing.The policy is exchanges are done in-store only, not available through the warehouse or online. What's a person supposed to do with a wrong sized item that's not marked as a final sale? Why do i know more about uniqlos exchange policy than its staff?Why does the store manager make people work the customer service counter if they can't do a simple override in the system? Don't bother yourself with these questions, just skip this store and go to Metrotown. Went there and exchanged sizes with no hassle at all.

Metropolis at Metrotown Uniqlo.Burnaby Kingsway store( doesn’t allow to be reviewed? )I had called the Uniqlo customer service number because I bought a small backpack that was not very good quality. My family was out of the country and were not able to come back due to a family medical emergency for 2 months. The agent over the phone told me that They would only make exception only with exchange for something else or a store credit, she told me to let them know in person. That is what I was told. I never used the bag and still had my receipt and the tag is still attached.I came to the store with wife and infant baby and they were so reluctant to help me and made me look like a Liar, the Supervisor (CRISTY) was very argumentative with me and she dismissed me very quickly. No matter what I said she dismissed me.I can Not believe that after almost 4 years of spending hundreds, thousands of dollars for Me, My wife, my 21 month old Baby Girl, my Mother, My Father and Cousins, Whom I introduced UNiQLO too and have become their favourite store.How could I be treated this way in this Matter that I’ve come to have to write this review to my favourite clothing Store OMG wow. For Just $39.00 dollars ??? Really is the company going to g Bankrupt. The bags are now reduced to $19.99 and there just all there hanging there accumulating dust why didn’t they sell? Maybe because of the very fragile Nylon fabric?I called The customer serve line and they told me to go to store and that’s what I did and they turned me away.
