Worst customer service by owner ! Never ever visiting again , never deposit them cash money , do not trust warranty guarantee they are fake.

His management services are worst and never pick my calls. My new bed is completely damage. I give zero to sajjan sponge.

Very rude person. Gave us wrong delivery. And when we informed him about this, instead of solving problem he answered very rudely. After long arguments he agreed to change delivery but haven’t heard from him since then.

I had purchased a King size Firm Mattress (~CAD 500) in Jun'20 (Pic Attached- DON'T BUY THIS ) and the mattress sinked from two sides in 3 months, my wife developed a Back Pain because of that. I have made several requests on call (which they stopped picking after some days) and visited the owner multiple times to ask them to have a look on mattress ,but they will have same reply This can't happen

If I could give a negative star I would give them 10. This place has horrible customer service and horrible products. Do not go here. I placed an order for two replacement cushions for my patio set, the owner gave me a good price quote, his name is Bob. I was told to come in one day to pick up the foams. I ended up making three trips and each time the products were not ready. And each time I would call before going and Bob would say that everything is done.On the final time when the products were still not ready they hastily cut the foam right in front of me to finish my cushions. But when I compared the cushions to the ones that I was replacing the sizing was all wrong, this after repeatedly telling them to make sure the measurements are correct and after leaving with them the old existing cushion that I had. The owner made absolutely zero effort to set things right for us and when I asked him to just give me my money back he just give it to me with not even a word of apology. Do not go here I repeat if you value your money.

Extremely rude customer service. The lady was okay but her husband had a bad attitude. Went to get a foam, instead of serving me. He was sitting there listening to other customers conversation. Asked many times to give me the foam but was ignoring me. I left the store without purchasing anything from him.

One of the worst place to buy your mattress. They will try and overcharge you. Went there to buy 2 queen mattress and ask if they will be able to deliver, they said they would but won't give any discount as a delivery fee. I was ok with it but in the end I was tricked into getting a cab. Had to take 2 cabs as it didn't fit. Didn't get discount and had to pay for the cabs too. It was urgent for me to buy it, else would not have bought it from here.
