Been renting trailers from Gallagher's UHaul for over ten years now. They can be a bit busy depending on what time you want to pick up but that's to be expected. I've always been treated fairly and with respect. 5 stars.

This location is great! The lady working over there is really sweet and helpful. I was going to rent the 20' but she advised me to take the 17' instead after asking me about what I am moving, so I can save money. That was nice!It is a family business run by 3 generations, so they dont treat you like a greedy big Corporation would.The instructions were great and the experience was pleasant. Thank you!

We got a call from U Haul at 6:30PM telling us they moved our reservation for our U Haul tomorrow morning from Kanata to Prince of Wales, which is extremely inconvenient and it’s going to cost us more money on gas alone. We spoke to someone named Marjorie and she was absolutely terrible, rude, condescending and extremely extremely rude. She did not help us, she yelled at us and hung up the phone on us, refused to give us a discount despite the fact that it was not our fault that our reservation was moved and this was not our fault. Marjorie was terrible, rude and she should be allowed to work with people. Customer service is not for her. It’s insulting to receive a call telling us they’re changing our reservation and on top of that the service is horrible and the person (Marjorie) yells and hangs up on us. Disgusting. Hire better people.

Such a nice family business. Down to earth folks that were perfect to deal with when I had a small problem with a tire on the trailer I rented. Trailer was excellent quality btw. Judy was super helpful as was the head office. I will use these folks again.

Amazing folks, they went above and beyond to make sure my trailer works and when it did not they provided solutions and I was able to deliver my staging gear in time for my listing. Thank you so much Gallaghers.

Great location! Staff were great! The process was good and returned truck without issues! Which I’ve had at other locations

I am disappointed to have to leave a less than stellar review. The reservation and pickup were excellent, with a very friendly staff member at the desk. The truck was pulled out front and and I was on my way within about 20 minutes. The location was closed when I returned the truck, so I needed to use the after-hours drop off. On my way back, I stopped at the gas station closest to the location, along my route, and filled the truck right up, until the pump stopped. Woke up this morning to a final bill that included a fuel charge. They claim that the truck was returned with only 7/8 of a tank. I contacted the location and was told that no one was there until tomorrow. I contact the field manager listed on the invoice (and specifically identified if there are problems) and he refused to help, instead directing me to go to the location, in person. That will be a 1 hour return trip for me and I am simply going to write off the $15 fuel charge as a lesson learned, rather than spend more time. I caution anyone considering renting from U-Haul and Gallagher's to try to ensure that you drop off when they are on-site and make certain that the contract is closed out accurately.

Great family business and wonderful people. Wil go back to this location.
