PuroClean helped my partner and I out after our apartment was flooded. They went through all of the damaged contents and stored the contents that were not damaged until our apartment was ready. Following a racoon disaster in our basement, 3 gentlemen from PuroClean came and not only cleaned & hosed, they removed ceiling tiles and frames which were broken, vacuumed away the cobwebs, hauled away truck loads of garbage and were cheerful the whole time. Hope I don't need help again but, if so, I would certainly call upon PuroClean.

Despite the circumstances, working with PuroClean was a wonderful experience. I was referred to their team after battling a very frustrating experience with another restoration company, and PuroClean was immediately ready and able to help, coming onsite nearly immediately. What I appreciated most was their communication. I was notified of each process every step of the way; when someone would be coming by the house, timelines to expect, confirming when work was completed, what steps were coming up next, and listening to my concerns as a homeowner. Adam was a top-notch project manager who is very knowledgeable, always available to contact and meet onsite, and proactive with actioning next steps. Overall, PuroClean exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with their service.

Had a small apartment that was potentially contaminated with a very contagious bacteria. Called Joel at ProClean around noon, sent a representative to inspect the job that afternoon and commenced the decontamination process by 6:30pm, completing same that evening. Very prompt, thorough and professional. Definitely would recommend these folks for any of the services they provide.
