This is a magnificent park where you can so so many activities from kayaking to hiking. We tried to do the main 6 km hike but we weren't ready for it. It's a steep climb of more than 800m.Even where we stopped at the 3 km mark, we could see wonderful views.Definitely gonna go back and beat that 6km hike :D

Took the Acropole trail, I know it says 4-6 hours. My group took almost 6 hours, not everyone was fit. If you are not average fit, this might be hard or you won't even make it. MAKE SURE YOU GO TOILET BEFORE YOU GO UP AND BRING ABOUT 1.5L-2L OF WATER. THE TOILET ON TOP SMELLS. Travel light to make the hike easier. It's cold and windy at the top. The view is totally worth it. Bring extra socks in case you wet them. Also BUY ticket before going there.

If you want to be one with nature, it's the place to be! Beautiful hiking trails ! Great camping grounds. If you are lucky, you can get a camping ground right in front of the river! Imagine waking up and listening to the flow of the river as you wake. It's one of my favorite places!!

I did the Acropole des Draveurs with my girlfriend, very nice hike with a nice view at the top.PS: They bring you at the foot of the hill by bus, after that you're off for the hike with a pretty steep start (about 1km) then it's slows down. After 5km you get to the first summit and see the second from there, when you go to the second you see third and last summit. The hike is back and forth (no loop).

Lots of smoke due to the wildfires, but still had very nice views! Worth it.

Beautiful. Stunning. Breath-taking. Gorgeous. Good place to unwind and see something fresh away from city. Even the drive was very fantastic. Will definitely recommend this place for people who love to hike.

Should book online in advance at Sepaq to enter the site! And also to do the Acropole des Draveurs hike. This review is more for that hike. It is a difficult/expert level hike with an 800m vertical drop. You spend the first 1.5hrs hiking up rocks like steps. I did the whole hike in running shoes and it was muddy and uneven surfaces, but still doable. It’s extremely windy at the top, so make sure you bring gloves/scarf and don’t blow away! It’s true what they say about the hike taking a total of 4-6hours. Depends on how long you stop and take your time at the top. At the top there are 3 summits, the 1st and 3rd are the better ones. I heard this hike gets pretty packed so I went in the early morning during a weekday and it was very quiet. I started to see more people in the afternoon. There is another outhouse toilet about 3km up the trail. The views are spectacular! After the hike, it’s worthwhile to stop by and checkout the dam since it’s close to the entrance of the hike.

Chalet Écho : perfect little cabin with everything you need (except a freezer). Very comfy and modern, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ outside, 2 rooms with 2 single beds each that you can push together. One of the rooms closes only with a curtain, but it is still rather private, so ok for 2 couples. There is a wooden box full of free firewood when you arrive at the cabin. Amazing view and setting! Definitely recommend!

visited this park a few years ago, however it’s become my favourite Sepaq location that I’ve visited in Quebec. The hike to the summit is not relatively hard, as the trail is very manicured. You can make it up there in about 2 hours, if you’re at a decent pace and physics condition and don’t take many breaks. The views are worth the drive and if you’re in the area I definitely recommend adding a visit to this park to your journey.

Stunning park with amazing views - we arrived on a Sunday at the end of September and the crowds were huge. Only those camping within the park are permitted to drive in (on weekends in the autumn, not sure about summer) all others must take the shuttle buses. We chose to do some smaller trails and return the following day to tackle the Acropole des Draveurs, and were glad to hike with a smaller crowd. We took our time and visited all three peaks, the whole thing took 6 hours and totally worth it. Highly recommended!
