Delay and poor communication.Delivery was supposed to arrive Saturday the latest and I received an email at 5:14pm on Friday that delivery is pushed back by a week. Calls go to voicemail and no response to 2 emails.With a 5 week old baby at home, I am literally left with no time to respond and to go buy soil from CT at 7pm to plant.I understand that delays happen, but letting me know literally last minute and closing all channels of communication is very unprofessional.If I had know that it will take such a long time to deliver I would have ordered from another company. If I had been told ahead of time there is a delay I would have ordered from an out her company.You look like a company that takes pride of in your product and service. Prove it!

Excellent service! We had our bag of dirt delivered and unfortunately had a bit of property damage from the forklift. I contacted the team the next day, and within the week they arrived at my place, went over and above to fix the damage, and were very kind and professional. Overall very happy with the service from this company- would buy from them again!

Bit of a story. I placed a service request last year for Rundle Rock and completed that project with no problems. They provided the shipment in a big yellow bag which allowed me to take my time to put the rock in its place with ease, and not being rushed due to weather concerns of rain and such.This year I ordered Alberta Gold Dirt and had put it in the yard, which was fairly easy to do, and the bag was handy due to weather constraints and allowed me to close the bag and tuck it away after I was complete. The service was always amazing as i called in and the lady on the phone provided her recommendation as to what product will help me strengthen the grass due to many years of weathering and traffic. I will continue to do business with Big Yellow Bag / Eagle Lake Nurseries.

I ordered a big yellow bag of garden soil online. Delivery went really smoothly. I've been topping up perennial beds and leveling up the lawn. The soil quality seems excellent. I definitely recommend this soil.

When we lived in the city BigYellowBag was always our go to, but we have since moved out into the country. Our rural address is always a challenge to get stuff delivered to as Google maps usually doesn't give a good location. We figured we would give it a try with BigYellowBag and we were very happy we did. As always their service was impeccable and we actually received our order before my wife had even gotten up for work and our dogs didn't even lose their minds like they normally would when people show up at the farm. Highly recommend them for whatever you need.
