Really appreciative and thankful for technician, who came on Labor Day to check my refrigerator as it was not cooling properly or fast enough. Then today, I called in the morning, because I was doubting myself as the fridge was working again. As they guarantee the diagnostic for 10 days, Khalid was kind enough to come later today and while he was patient with me and checked everything, he was right all along. He is very knowledgeable, professional and gave me good advice. I strongly recommend for any Alpha one appliance repair service

I like that they offer free delivery and repair for a year and can even do service calls as needed. Their customer service is friendly and helpful.
