It was awesome! The people are really nice and friendly!! It was my first tattoo and I'm already looking forward to get another one from there.

Love it. Very clean. Great talent to be found there. Wonderful after service. My family and I love every tattoo we got done there. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been there to get a tattoo many times in the past. Only curteous exchanges and beautiful results. I don't agree with the previous poster, people tend to forget that they deal with other human beings. Thank you to the excellent artists, sterile environment and down to earth atmosphere.

I need all ink loving friends to know this.....and I'd give 0 stars if I could...please note one of the positive reviews below is a family member of the owner...I've been serviced horribly by Tatouage Collectif in Gatineau quebec. Please note this is a 2 hr drive one way for me.The owner lili started a significant and very important piece on my thigh...since she started June 1...it's not finished. I booked 6 sessions back to back and she cancelled July 22 session WHILE tattooing me on July 21! Keep in mind they were 3 hr sessions starting at 11am. On July 22...ms. lili Carriere posted about her vacation...claiming she hasn't taken vacation in 5 yrs...but weren't u just in NYC the week before my tattoo started??She also made a comment after her machine died and switching to a silent gun that she will need to increase my prices because I am faster with this machine". Greed.My next and last appointment was supposed to be this Sunday and she cancelled that today.I've asked for my deposit back and she responded

Greatest shop ever! Always on timeAlways professionel! They go out of theyre way to make us feel like home! Everytime i walk in for my sessions we are always well received! I recommend them to everyone!

Very clean and sterile place, people were awesome the tattoo artist was great just had a small piece done but didnt matter to them they took real good care of me making sure it was perfect. Thanks again !

All positive review on this is fAke and paid for . They have the worst service in tattoo shop history . I called to inquire to fix a tattoo they told me I have to message a specific Artist on Facebook which I did . That artist never replied so i decided to message the shop directly to ask what’s going on ? The response I got was horrible . I was told that they have several customers, that I need to be patient and they have a PERSONAL life. Yes the caps letter was in there . I was told keep waiting she’ll answer u when she has time . When it’s been Over 1 week that I messaged that artist. Such a bad customer service experience and i would recommend anyone to stay away from that shop . There’s a lot of tattoo artists in the region and you don’t have to get treated this way by anyone when you are a paying customer . I’d give them a 0 star if I could .
