DOZR Equipment Rentals

This company has been my go-to for a few different projects, and they ALWAYS came through. Especially when Sunbelt couldn't. To the point that I've begun calling Dozr before Sunbelt. Muskan was my Rep and she was absolutely wonderful. She had great communication and took care of my needs very quickly and on the same day.

Great Company for Contractors who have a constant need for different equipment. Darryl Harris is my Account rep and he always is able to get me what I need. All it takes is a simple email or text saying what I need and when I need. I can always count on him to get me what I need and always be a pleasure to speak to on the phone.

Stay away from this company, after renting equipment I paid what I was required as per agreed contract. I gave them a call that I am done and they can pick up their equipment, they did not, they expected me to continuously call them and baby sit them, after 4 months they are expecting me to pay additional fees even though we no longer have a contract they still require me to pay for the equipment I no longer needed or used.

Their machine broke down, had to wait up to 4 hours to get another. It cost me an extra day on the job, they charged me extra $. Never got an explanation, been waiting about 2 months now for their call back that they said they'd give me.Also, never once addressed me by my name, kept calling me man" made up more excuses under the sun why they never answered their calls."

Currently renting 2 pieces of equipment from DOZR and I am very pleased. The website was easy to use to place the order, the driver who dropped off the equipment was very knowledgeable and explained how to operate the equipment in detail. The customer service team is friendly when you call in with questions, but the real star of the show is our Inside Sales Representative, Darryl Harris! I needed the equipment earlier than I originally booked it for and Darryl went out of his way to get the equipment to me. He was patient and understanding even through my multiple phone calls. Darryl was able to get the equipment I needed delivered to me even earlier than I expected after I made the change to my reservation. He is a superstar in my book. Need to rent heavy equipment for your next job? Make sure you deal with Darryl, you won't be sorry.

They delivered the wrong equipment, we requested forklift 12000lbs but they delivered 10000lbs. The charge could have been fair if we got the right equipment but unfortunately not, and they only give us little discount to compensate for their mistake. We will not use them again.

Having job sites from the East coast to the West coast Dozr makes it easy to get the equipment I need where and when I need it. It’s really nice only have to make one call to get what I need.

Terrible experience and one I’ll never repeat. Ordered a scissor lift for 24 hours. Wasn’t picked up for a few days. And 4 months later they charged me for the rental extra when it was sat at the end of my driveway. Multiple phone calls trying to get this resolved and nothing. Do not use this company highly unprofessional.

Worst rental experience ever! I have been triple-charged for the same rental, and can't get them to respond. They are very quick to take your money, but customer service afterward is the worst in the business.
