They almost caused me to miss my flight and had little interest in correcting their mistake. I still can’t believe how rude these people are. I strongly discourage anyone from using their service.

They have the kindest most devoted staff. They go out of there way time and time again to help people in need! No other clinic would do that for you. There are no words to thank those heroes. People forgot what it was like before they existed.Thank you for your service!

Use to be the saving grace. Nowadays, extremely unorganised and unprofessional.Been waiting for 45 minutes for an appointment with the intern doctor. Turns out. She isn’t even here yet.This level of care, or lack or, is embarrassing.

They made a mistake on my gender on the PCR test result, even tho I gave them my health card there is no health card number on the result and there is no way to talk to them over the phone.

What a great organization!The charity work they do to help people in need is unbelievable!

Wonderful clinic, super nice doctors and nurses and their service is top quality. I got my family doctor thru them, as well as the GP who followed me during my pregnancy. The service I received from the doctor-nurse team during my pregnancy was really good. A family practitioner nurse followed my newborn until we found a pediatrician for him. All my baby's vaccination were done at the clinic too. They also have a test center where highly skilled and kind nurses provide the services. When my few days old baby was showing sign of weakness due to his jaundice and I called the clinic, they arranged me to see someone next day even though they were short staffed due to new year's eve. I simply don't have enough words to say all the good things about this clinic.

I usually don't bother giving negative reviews but they did an error on my mom's PCR test by not putting the passport number on it.Given my explanation to them that she is at the airport waiting as they are not letting her board the flight.I got the door slammed on my face and they told me that they are on lunch break.Bravo for caring and service.
