Very easy to schedule an appointment for a consultation and a procedure, great costumer service for the first month, since I had to go back to get my stitches removed.They initially told me it takes 5 weeks to get biopsy results back… I’ve been waiting for biopsy results and calling almost every week, and now sometimes 2-3 times a week for the past 6 months, I’ve been leaving messages and nobody is calling me back. And when I do get someone on the line they say: “I will go look in your chart, and I’ll call you back”. This happen maybe 5-6 times… Nobody ever called me back. If I would have known I’d be waiting this long to get results, I would have gone to the hospital for free.At this point, I am giving it a two star for the lack of costumer service.

He doesn't take the time needed with you! He took my money lots of it. Never followed up. He does none of the work it's all his little workers who don't explain things much more.He damaged my skin for life because he didn't pay attention the proper care ans treatment needed. He's very unprofessional

went for a biopsy, they took it, never told me the result (despite me being there multiple times over the months after the biopsy) which led me to assume all was fine, eventually when I asked for a copy for my records found out it was cancerous, they never told me (even though they knew for months). Another Dr. took care of it and had to remove quite a bit of skin. They never wrote or called to apologize or to explain what exactly had led to the mistake and lack of communication. They still send me spam. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I would give zero stars but Google won't let me.

I've had the pleasure of getting treatments at Victoria Park Medispa over the last two years, and I've never been disappointed. The staff is extremely welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. The environment is very well maintained. There is a wide range of services that ensures anyone can find something to address their specific needs and comfort levels. I was very satisfied with my treatments and would not hesitate to recommend.

Very difficult to get through to make an appointment. Waited 15 minutes on hold, then was told I needed an initial consultation" even though I am already a regular client. In the course of that call

I have received several treatments at the clinic and it changed my life. I suffered from acne from a young age and i was left with severe acme scars, i never believed anything could help to get rid of them until i went to Victoria park. The staff was welcoming and they took very good care of me, they would explain every step and it made me feel safe throughout my treatments. I also enjoyed the boutique section because they told me what to expect after the strong laser i had gotten. Good experience from beginning to end!

Excellent clinic. The staff is very professional and the clinic is modern and inviting. Dr. Stitt is the best. He’s extremely knowledgeable, honest, takes his time and has an eye for beauty. I highly recommend!

I have only had great service since the start of my treatments even before Dr. Charbonneau retired.It's the same now with Medi Spa, great staff, friendly and great service.During Covid I've been numerous times and I have never had problems with the screening process, they take your temperature, and ask all questions like any other health clinic does.

Honestly felt like the doctor only wanted only money; he had a cold and non-caring attitude towards me. Staff are nice tho. I wouldn't recommend anyone to him, at the price you're paying, you should be getting much better service. I was told several procedures would be done for my treatment; however, some of them were never delivered. This guy charged me 90 bucks for an after-treatment check up; which I was told was free. The receptionist told me it was up to the doctor to charge the 90 bucks. So the check-up was never really free then. Umm
