Thermal King Glass helped repair a leaking window that hadn't been installed properly by a different company. Their installer Jesse was very knowledgable and was able to figure out what the issue was. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely call them for any future jobs.

Thermal Glass King has a strong reputation in being ahead of the rest. 12 years ago, during the replacement of our windows and doors we used this dependable, customer focused company with great success. This time, we decided to upgrade our doors to current code requirements and when the dust settled, we are much happier with the improvements and their trustworthy staff recommendations. Contacted Thermal King glass about getting new windows. I contacted them for a quote and emailed back and forth a bit for some questions. Then got a call for a final quick question and quote would be over tomorrow. Well a week later I followed back up with them and they said that it would be done the following day. Still waiting on an email but at this point I won't be using their service.If you want to chat with someone and never get a finished product, contact Thermal King Glass. If you want windows, contact someone else.

I had TK Glass perform two installation projects for me so far - upgrading an old window/installing a new front door and converting a sliding door to French doors.Sean from sales is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, a pleasure to do business with. The installation crews (Jesse and Shawn) were also great - no mess left behind, worked efficiently and were very respectful. I'm very impressed with the quality of the products and have had no issues.I definitely recommend this company and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Thermal King replaced sealed window units for us. Everything from the initial estimate to completion of the project was done extremely well. Price was reasonable, staff was polite and friendly and the job done efficiently. We wouldn't hesitate to employ them again.

We have used TK Glass for many years now. We find the material 2nd to none and installations have always gone smoothly. The latest installation was a sliding patio door. The product was Vinyltek, ( Canadian made ) model was Silensia . The door is excellent quality. Super quiet sliding ( silent ) and very smooth. The staff have all been great from Andrea in the sales department to Jesse and Gordon who did the installation. They were all very efficient, friendly and professional. We shopped around for this door all over Victoria. They had the most reasonable price and the product that we wanted. Great local company, not overpriced. Installers were professional and did an excellent job. I would 100% use them again without a hesitation.

While I am happy with the windows themselves and the installation of them, the sales support and communication has left a lot to be desired. Have had to make multiple calls for status, and even after having done 2 measures one of the windows came in the wrong size, had to wait nearly 3 months for it. And they don't want to accept payment by Visa so more hassle for me. Not sure if I would use them again.

The folks at Thermal King were super helpful when fixing my sliding glass door track. They responded to emails very quickly, and asked specific questions to give me the most accurate quote they could. They were communicative about their service appointment time, and arrived when they said they would. Maintenance folks were friendly and efficient. My sliding glass door is working really well after their services. They were recommended to me by a neighbour who also had a really positive experience. I will recommend them to other’s for sure.
