The employees were very accomodating and efficient when looking fir the type of vehicle I was interested in. Most of the grind work was done while I was at work so I pretty much just arrived, test drive and made my decision. The Gentleman I test drive with was down to earth, real and polite. Pretty much I have to say was right up there being one of the best experiences and fun time purchasing a vehicle I was definitely made Welcome and very comfortable talking to other employees that were not trying to make a sale. Excellent staff and experience!!

The service people are great but shop organization is lacking. This was the second time I took my vehicle in for its scheduled appointment for warranty work and it was not completed. Having worked in the industry that is a lot of unfair stress to put on the front of shop people who have to deliver this news and have no control over it. The management team should be the ones stepping up when this happens. Third time taking it in this Friday.

I have bought a few trucks from GP Chrysler over the years from Jordan for my personal and Ryan for my commercial needs and always get me what I'm looking for with great service. The whole crew in service has treated me with respect and amazing service and go above and beyond each and every time. Its actually enjoyable to go in and see everyone. The crew in the parts department are also great at their jobs and always do their best to find me what I'm looking for.

I've had my truck in for several issues since I bought it almost 3 years ago. At least four times for the passenger heated seat, 3 or 4 times for the sirius xm, it'll be twice next week for the power running boards and I expect I'll be in at least once or twice more for them until it's resolved. And then there's rear bumper valance, drivers window and sunroof. It seems they do the absolute minimum and then you have to go back again and again because the issue isn't resolved, but hey its just your time. Mine went in today because the running boards wouldn't retract, I'm pretty sure they just sprayed some lube at the joints and called her done. Guess what, I did that myself! They still don't work, it actually says on the work order customer to monitor". Fix the issues the first time!"

Our salesman, Braden, was efficient, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Paul in finance walked us through every detail and answered every question we had. I came in with very specific needs as well as a limited budget. Braden was able to find me the exact truck I was looking for and under budget. He didn’t try to upsell or talk me into something I couldn’t afford being a first time buyer. I even ended up with some no charge upgrades.
