Five years ago, Pete and I drove around every nook and cranny of the valley looking at houses. Although it wasn't the right time to buy, he taught me every back road available. Four years ago, Pete sold us the house that became our home. When a power outage left my wife and two month old daughter without running water, Pete offered to stop by and get us back online (which he did!).
