The value at this hotel is good and the service is friendly. The hotel is clean and well maintained. I would like to see faster internet and it's unfortunate that the hot tub is no longer available. Overall I enjoy staying here while in Thompson and will return

Good hotel. Not as brand new as some new hotels and not as fancy as the best western in town. But very comfortable stay. Clean. Comfy beds. The rooms are larger than the BW and are more suitable for more people per room or for company.My room had a couch and kitchen area then a bedroom area instead of a single small room. All usual amenities (coffee maker etc. ). Breakfast served in the morning with what you expect, coffee, juices, bagels, waffles, fruit, etc.I liked that someone rooms on the ground floor had a patio door leading to the outside. Convenient for getting some fresh air quick or for smokers.

Thompson's Best Value Inn & Suites
When we reserved the room, it said free cancelation up to 24hrs. However, when we wanted to cancel 2 weeks prior our arrival, they wanted us to pay cancelation fees of $125. They also charge extra if you have 4 people in the room even though it says the room fits 4. The beds too are actually very small to fit 2 people each. We ended up paying $170 for a room with 2 double-beds. With this price, we could’ve easily gotten better rooms anywhere else in Thompson.

Wifi didnt work. People always leave their clothes in the Laundry room... always get asked for a smoke once you step outside, front desk workers like to stare like they're judging you.... found a bed bug in my room then told the front, they moved us to another room was the worst hotel ever

Needs abit security outside the building and a little abit more cleaning on the ACs. Other then that everything is alright. And almost forgot I didn't get enough sleep last night August 13 2021 of of all the ppl that were out side the building
