Today was my first time going here and I'm glad I did. My niece got her hair cut here and my sister and her told me how nice it was and that they were very friendly and professional. So I decided to go and they were exactly right. Isabella cut my hair, she's very sweet. She really knows what she's doing, I love my hair cut. I have curly hair so I worry about going to salons because usually people don't know what they're doing with curly hair but she was very knowledgeable. The experience was great from the moment I walked in to finish. Definitely will continue to go here and I recommend it to everyone.

I have been going to Sargon for my hair appointments before he even opened Level's, when he worked at his previous place of employment. As soon as he opened his own business, I followed him as a client. He is the best hairdresser I've ever been to. Every time I get my hair done it comes out more than perfect, exactly what I am expecting. Thank you Sargon for years of perfect hair <3

Absolutely love having my hair done by Sargon! He does an amazing job with cuts, colour and style! I am never disappointed with my hair when I leave! He is very talented and truly listens to what you want! The salon has awesome decor, a great atmosphere, and is very relaxing and comfortable! As well as super clean! I always get to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while I have my hair done and I always look forward to my next appointment!- K.T

Hands down, the best hair salon in Hamilton. Sargon and his team provide excellent service and a friendly, welcoming environment. Catherine is the sweetest person you will ever meet and her work is phenomenal. I have been her client for over 13 years and have only ever had amazing experiences with her. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking to feel their best!

This was my first visit (and def not my last) & I was blessed to have Isabella work on my hair. She did the most amazing job with my balayage - it is blended so beautifully & flawlessly. She worked with my ideas of a hair cut/style, went over my home hair care regime, and gave recommendations for styling & products. She was so friendly and accommodating, and we had great conversation! I was super comfortable the entire time. She has great knowledge, skill and technique, and it shows with my new hair! I also met Sargon, the salon owner, who was delightful and sweet, as well. Their facility is beautiful and extremely clean. I'm so happy with this experience! I'm happy I finally found Isabella who I am comfortable with and confident in. Thank you so much! Can't wait to visit again.
