I had never been in an Indigo store; I'm from Buffalo, NY, US. A nice store, it will be nice to see it finished, as it is under construction inside. They offer more than just books; they have tasteful modern interior décor items like frames, vases, pillowcases, some dishes, and so on. It's not a discount store, but the merchandise is of a fine quality. There is no coffee shop inside like there are in Barnes & Noble, so you'll have to take your book or magazine elsewhere to read it. They have a beautiful assortment of journals.

I usually have great experiences here, and the staff are amazing. I came in and was kindly greeted and directed by Cole to the right section and Delilah quickly helped me locate what I was looking for. These guys go above and beyond!

I just love indigo. This one specifically, I've been going to for years. Clean and organized. So many books to looks at, and they have a nice homey section as well as a fairly large kids area. Usually takes a few minutes to check out on weekends, but during the week it's quick and quiet.

It's always nice to have a book store around with some collectibles to browse through etc.But I miss the vibe of an awe where I can see big scales of book collections. If not, why should I bother to go a place? I would rather use Amazon to buy books online. Or Kindle. Or Libby app from various public libraries across Ontario.

I love this location. I always pay them a visit when I go grocery shopping in the area.They have a great collection of fashion, books, outdoor décor, outdoor dining, accessories, kids collection, etc.Starbucks is located at the back of the store and is closed now due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions. But previously, you could enjoy your coffee or cold beverage and spend hours in the store surfing through books and buying accessories.

I have seen Indigo stores everywhere in the area but this was my first visit to any Indigo. I loved it, my wife loved it, and my kids lived it! Really nice store. Very upscale ambience.

This Indigo is large compared to most which are closer to where we live, so I always make a point of stopping in when I am in the neighbourhood.There is a bit of construction still in the store but for the most part, the rest of the store was organized and clean. If there was a Starbucks at this location, I didn’t see it… perhaps that is what is still under construction?I like how the different sections of the store are easily found by locating the large words on the walls.There are things at this Indigo that I don’t usually see such as gorgeous fluffy towels and bed linens. They always have such interesting home gadgets and decor at this store.

Was my favourite Indigo store, but I am missing the Starbucks (or any little Café) and there is no seating. It looks like it's always under construction. I am hoping it goes back to the way it was.

Amazing customer service. I'd like to thank Cole who was cashing me and my dad out, and told my father, Have you seen Jurassic Park 2? Because you look exactly like the villain in that movie. I hope I didn't offend..."We hadn't seen Jurassic Park 2. But we looked it up and he was SPOT ON. The glasses and everything! Thank you for the laugh. Give that man a raise."
