Answered phone quick and they even did a visual check and ballpark quote for the damages to my car. Very quick and easy. I didn’t go with them as their quote was pricy but I did appreciate how upfront they were.

CARELESS...Be careful if your car is here for service !!! I was sent by the insurance after a collision that caused damage to the body of my car, they repaired BUT when I went to pick up they didn't showed me the repairs they asked me to sign the reception of the car. I trusted signed and when I went to the car and turned on the engine and track off appeared in the dashboard. I went back to the shop to let them know but they told me that I may need service I still trusted and i was thinking to bring to toyota dealership to check I went back to my car ready to go and I started to move, the car start to shake violently. I went back to the shop and let them know then the lady there told me that they found that there was a misfire cylinder the number 1 but they didn't touch anything there. My concern was if was SAFE to drive I asked and she told me that that was not her expertise but I can go to a close mechanic to check (I didn't know that once other shop put hands on the car the insurance will not help you and fixauto will wash their hands) she start making some phone calls and seems like everyone was busy finally she told me that beside them there was a mechanic that maybe can help she came with me and introduce me to the guy he asked me to bring my car there I moved the car he opened and found that the wires that go to the cylinders were chue by animals that trying to nest. The inside of my car was dirty and messy. I went back to the shop at this moment customers were coming I told the lady and she answered that they don't have animals there, at this point the manager came out and asked me to leave their premises he told me we cannot help you more !!" Of course They didn't want other customers to hear about my story.I was kicked out with a NOT SAFE to drive car with a nerves at the border of breakdown on my own.I understand that everyone can make mistakes in life but they should be fixed. If the QUALYTY CONTROL OF FIXAUTO STREETVILLE is this? I think someone should stop this. Put in danger your life and others life's and could created an accident. This incident was the continuation of a nightmare with the insurance that is not resolved yet....."

Despite being overloaded with jobs, the staff was courteous and flexible. They helped me get in and get out within 3 days. The repair job on the car was great as well and reasonably priced. A job well done.

One of the worst auto shops out there. Be careful when you bring you're vehicle here. They will butcher it. While in the process of repairing, they will scratch and break your car parts. I will never know the status of my car if I did not contact them. The worst part is they won't even pay for the damages that they caused. Incompetent workers that doesn't even know how to properly uninstall a tail light.

Came here after my Volkswagen was in a minor accident. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they made the whole process super easy. The repair job was beautiful, they really took good care of my car. I will 100% recommend this place to anyone I know!! Candice and Dana were both very helpful and polite!!

It was unfortunate that I had gotten rear ended and it completely ruined my week as it was all I was thinking about. I chose this bodyshop as it was close to home and was backed by a lifetime gurantee from my insurance. Candice was very caring and professional and took note after I stressed about the color match of the new bumper. Staff members are super chill. Work was completed on time and upon pickup inspection I was very satisfied. Couldn't even tell there was a new bumper. They also did a cut and polish on the exterior and cleaned the inside as well. The service at Fix Auto Streetsville is great. Although, our repairs got pushed back a handful of times due to the delays in car parts arriving from manufacturers overseas, it was clearly communicated to us throughout the entire process. They were very accommodating and even booked in our repairs as soon as possible once all our car parts arrived. We were very thankful since we know this place gets very busy. The entire repair process was clearly communicated to us. After our car was repaired, the bumper looks as good as new! We are so appreciative of the service.

I had an outstanding experience with FixAuto. My accident was pretty traumatic. However, the care and time taken to make me feel comfortable and heard was extremely therapeutic. I had to give Dana a hug because I have never had a better experience in any form of service on this planet. Thank you to all the staff, and the work you did to restore my car to its former glory.
