I have been and seen a lot of people over my years of struggling with my PTSD and other Mental Health issues - I was never ashamed of them as I was a Veteran. I was seeking out answers on why and how I would recover from my pain and trauma and within a few minutes Tara recognized the issue - It resonates with me so internally and I identified exactly what she was saying. It was alike she was inside my soul talking to me from the inside out allowing me a safe space and becoming apart of my pain.
