My husband and I just left Sleep Shop and we had such a great experience. Amir was so incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of buying mattresses and pillows. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and provided us with some of the best customer service. Amir went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our choices. We will not go anywhere else for our future sleep needs and highly recommend Sleep Shop.

That was a great deal. The sales manager, Mr.Amir help us a lot and spend enough time to explain about the details of the different products.Delivery was on time. but unfortunately, they deliver just 2 days per work day of the week and it is not easy to match with them.They have to have delivery on weekends.

We recently purchased a mattress and a couple of pillows from Sleep Shop. It was an amazing customer service experience. From the moment we walked in the door, Amir listened to our requirements and found the perfect mattress (and pillows) to fit our budget and comfort. They delivered the mattress and when we were not home the first time, they came back a few days later with the delivery (no complaints). We highly recommend Sleep Shop over the other local mattress stores.

He was friendly and informative, spent a lot of time explaining various options, and always remained professional and low-pressure. Amir was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and we felt confident knowing that Sleep Shop offers a 60 day comfort commitment. Their prices were competitive and he matched the price we had seen (and took a photo of) at a previous store. Would recommend without hesitation.

We recently purchased a mattress and bed frame from Amir at Sleep Shop. Amir was very helpful, answering all of our questions and providing information to help us determine which product was best for us. We were happy with the price he offered and the delivery team was extremely professional. Overall, we enjoyed the service and would definitely use Sleep Shop again.
