Been waiting for an hour for my scheduled appointment. Still no doctor. This is normal here. I hate how our Premier has allowed our healthcare to be this bad. I hate this. Not the doctor's fault.

I have been a patient for a few years. I have only had good experiences at this clinic. The doctors care about my health and will take my concerns seriously. The front office staff is nice and friendly.

There is a lack of professional, doctor to client, communication. Dr Daniel doesn't speak with other doctors to preform proper scheduled appointments especially when they are critical.For having a shortage of doctors,Idywyld medical clinic accepts and dangle you as a patient to definetly not meet the needs required

The receptionist we spoke with was so condescending and showed zero sympathy for the fact my wife just had a somewhat traumatic birth and wanted to see her family Doctor. She wouldn't even allow her to leave a message with her. She then had the audacity to tell me she was threatened on the phone, which she unequivocally was not and I wish they had a recording of that conversation.She has now said she's reporting my wife to our doctor and she will let us know if she can remain a patient...just disgusting behavior from this receptionist.I would ask that someone who is in charge reach out to us ASAP. I tried to call back and find out who I was talking to or find out why she felt she was threatened to which she hung up on me...twice. love our doctor but I am just beside myself about the receptionist.

I visited this clinic recently and saw Dr. Osigbe. I was calmly explaining my situation that I have been dealing with for over a year. He was cold and detached from the beginning. I showed him a video showing something that concerned me- and his exact words were I don't care about that"

After I had surgery on my spine, I was looking for a new family doctor and made an appointment a month prior at this clinic with a Dr. A. Dudley. During my visit, I noticed a sign in the front saying this doctor needed a chaperone with female patients. I didn't think too much of it at the time since I was in pain, wasn't very mobile and focused on my back. Inside his office with my boyfriend and a female chaperone, Dudley told me to tell him my needs. I told of my surgery. After I was finished, he told me to tell him more so I divulged more personal information and then he had the gall to tell me he wouldn't take me as a patient, which I am now thankful for! I had an uneasy feeling around him and was unhappy he wasted a month of my time and an afternoon of my boyfriend's wages. I found this very rude because he wasted my time, my energy, my boyfriend's time and wages when this was something his receptionist could have told me over the phone weeks ago. I then found out Dr. A. Dudley plead guilty to four charges of professional misconduct with his female patients, as stated in a Star Phoenix news article. While this was a few years ago, I'm thankful he didn't accept me as a patient and I think it's important for women to know this about him, whether they choose to go to him or not.

I visited recently for an initial appointment. There was a short wait, the reception was friendly, and Dr. Osigbe was kind, professional, and helpful. There is a pharmacy on site, but they were happy to send a prescription to a different pharmacy near my home.

Very nice clean facility. Plenty of parking. My Dr is good except seems rushed once in a while. Only reason it is not 5 stars is appointments are usually well later then scheduled time. Also faxed prescription renewals would be good instead of missing half a day of work every three months just for that purpose

I had a physical booked with the male Dr. Osigbe. All I wanted was a checkup and his response was “it’s not my job to fix you.” I then asked him to send me for testing to which he responded, “If your test results come back clear, you’ll have wasted my time.” I got very emotional after this, he then handed me the test form and said “we’re done here, there’s the door.” Lack of compassion from this man, very inconsiderate. I also received a missed appointment fee for an appointment I did not confirm. I’m sure there’s great doctors here but avoid this one.

The doctor was rude. Doctor O. did not have a good understanding of English and was not very coherent when it came to my situation and was not understanding at all, he did not want to help me. I was cool calm and collective and now I need a new doctor..
