Mike the guy who puts on the casts is amazing. He is so compassionate with children and people who are in pain. Those surgeons are lucky to have him run the ship.

My partner had an outstanding experience with Dr. Abdulla. He gave relevant information, great advice and worked with us on plan to managing/treating osteo-arthritis for best results. He and his team were flexible in accommodating surgery and Dr. called me personally right after surgery to let me know how it went. Highly recommend this capable and professional surgeon.

The staff and Dr. Darius Viskontas were outstanding through my double knee replacement. Provided me with all the information to prepare for the surgery and readily answered any questions I had after. Almost two years have passed and my life has been given back to me by this amazing team. My husband is now just had the surgery and they are still outstanding.

The location is very clean and the staff was friendly. However:After I broke my ankle I was referred to them from the hospital. First x-ray showed my foot was broken, and 2 weeks later I arrived, took a second x-ray, and was told my foot was in great shape and that I could remove the boot even a week earlier. They did not look at the foot at that time, only the x-ray.I did as instructed, and assumed the pain was normal after such a break. Unrelated, I went to a specialist out-of-pocket, who, seeing the swelling and the level of pain I was in, sent me to more x-rays and a CT scan. I was then told my foot was definitely still broken with a non-union, and that I would need 6 months of ultrasound treatment. They said the week 2 x-rays were inconclusive at best.My break was in December of 2020, and now, June 2021, I'm still in pain, still unable to walk well. Perhaps if they had looked at my foot that second meeting, perhaps if they had inspected the x-ray closer, I would have been spared months of pain and immobility, not to mention the costs out of pocket and the stress of going to hospitals during a pandemic.Likely they are overworked and underpaid, but I wish they had given me more time and attention, and saved me a lot of grief these past seven months.

Dr Perry and his entire team and reception administrators have been exceptional. Their roles are highly pressurized and they don't have enough time, therefore, patients need to be more understanding and explain ... I have always found them patient and willing to listen to my concerns and have always had my best interests at the fore even if it meant time and work on my part. Not everything can be put back together the way it was before.

The staff are incredibly rude, I walk up and the blonde girl scoffed, rolled her eyes before asking what I need. they randomly send you different appointment times for the same appointment. They are incredibly disorganized, never reply to emails and are impossible to get ahold of. I've been dealing with this level of attitude for every last appointment without cause. They also refuse to fill out a form for EI meaning I can't get paid while I'm off work because they deem it a risk for my injury. I asked them, they said yes in person and now they have stopped answering my emails.

An excellent experience with Dr. Boyer and all of his associates. My initial appointment had me surgery the next morning. All my appointments were on time. I was shocked. That's never happened to me in a doctor's office before.

It is impossible to contact this office. I have been trying for months to book a follow-up appointment with Dr. Soswa but the phone line is always busy and the email option on the website keeps saying error. Very disappointed with the structure and healthcare team at this office.

I went into meet Dr. Moola regarding my shoulder and within 30min he had me booked for a surgery 1.5 weeks from the appointment! Very reassuring and prompt service. His staff including Mr. Michael Englen made me feel comfortable with the process. Highly recommended.

Trauma to the knee with prosthesis and fractured Femur lower medial. ER sent referral late afternoon. Coincidently checked e mail 2 AM and the receptionist of Dr Moola had sent an appointment for 9 Am. went to the office about 8:45 am Dr Moola saw me and gave me the prognosis with confidence. He answered all Qs, was not in hurry. He was not abrupt and with his expertise did not act like GOD". My own ortho Dr wouldn't take me on and he thinks he is GOD! Best Ortho Dr I met..Thank you Dr Farhad & his receptionist"
