TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Yesterday your teller Rhonda was having an extremely bad day and refused to deposit my cheque into my account without applying a hold And demanded me to go to the bank which the check was issued from to get it verified... This was my weekly paycheck which has never been held the duration of working at this job for 3 years. I’ve banked with td for over 10 years and I cannot think of a positive experience with Rhonda. She is always seems on edge and ready to ruin your day as she definitely isn’t happy or ready to help you. The following day I went to a different branch and they had no idea what new policy’s rhonda was referring to. I cannot wait until you reopen your Georgetown south location so I can avoid this woman like the plague she is.

The worst experience with a bank I've ever had hands down. Qandeel made the process of getting a credit card more complicated than required.

Trash bank. Worse than CIBC, that's really saying something too.

I've been to this branch 4 times now, i've tried the morning, the afternoon and after 5pm. EACH time i go in, i wait in line a minimum of 1 hour. It's absolutely ridiculous. While standing in line, i see constant customers walking in, seeing the line and just leaving.You need more tellers, or additional training for the current tellers to do their job more efficiently. The tellers at every nice...... when you finally get to them....I'm strongly considering closing my business account down and taking it across the street to Scotia

Staff our friendly. Never any issues with service. I don't use tellers often, but always a pleasant experience.

Absolutely wonderful service today from both the manager and teller. Polite, smiling, helpful and understanding of my problem today. Very much appreciated!

The drive thru cash machine has been out for 2 weeks now. No notices advising customers of the machine being out of order until you get to the actual machine in the drive thru. With Covid we are trying to stay away from common areas such as a bank branch. TD doesn't care. Take your business elsewhere. Pathetic.

It's a pain to set up and purchase simple investments for my children. There are never appointments available to sign papers and the two advisors we dealt with don't provide information. They want us to phone or use the web for help, yet ask us to come in person for papers.They never had space for appointments and it takes about a week.Another big bank was all to happy to help us in the same day. That other bank took about 15 minutes to set up ever everything for our 3 kids.That's 3 less customers for life this TD branch didn't want

Poor experience with Manager, Customer Experience ( Sharon Sumere ).

Have bank with TD for well over 5 decades. I bank in both personal and business capacity. This has gone from an exceptionally positive institution to, sadly to an incredibly, non client focused institution.The previous Branch Manager an Ami Martin and her mgt team was exceptional and the tellers excellent, cannot say enough positive about the previous TD experience.The entire engagement process with this replacement branch manager over the last few years has drastically changed for the negative. Our experience is Brenda Dawicki has instituted harsh banking hold / practices and now states this is a TD directive across all accounts, when we know by multiple TD sources the statements she is simple false, and not TD new directives.Sadly out of all suppliers we work with, which is well over 100 suppliers including CRA in that list, Brenda is the most, non client focus individual, we have every had to interface with and sadly controls our business banking.Brenda Dawicki (branch Manager TD) is more concerned with saving face on bad decisions she makes at the branch level, and states they are TD company wide directives, which only hurts her credibility further, we know these harsh policy she is instituting over our account is a Brenda" policy
