visited this guy for some legal work, surprised how unprofessional and untrustworthy he was. iam actually going to file a formal complaint with notary public society of BC. very hard to find the office, doesn't even bother to return calls. he acts more as a councellor than a legal helper.DONT GO TO HIM. much cheaper and professional notaries are in surrey. doesnt have any pride or work ethic.

This is regarding how disinterested and rude the notary was today. I walked into his office at 3:30pm today. Mr. Vincent was on the phone inside his cubicle. We wait for 10 mins and there is absolutely no one there to help after which Mr. Vincent shouts out Why are you here" from 30 feet away while on the phone. I came in to get a power of attorney document that ICBC required for selling my car notarized. After conveying this point

Visited recently to finalize the purchase of my home. Was referred through a colleague at work who had great things to say. They were right! His experience and knowledge was appreciated. there is no such place like this its a fake thing there is no office at the location and i talked to a guy on phone and he said he cant do anykind of notary so please guys dont come here it took me 10 -15 min walk from bus stop and then there is nothing

Finished the purchase of my house here. Professional and timely. Had a hiccup with my bank for the mortgage that Mr Krishna helped me sort out as well. Don't know what I would've done otherwise. Highly recommend!
