Im walking to watch the figures and I know there’s people in the line to buy some exclusive game but I only want to see the figures so someone from the staff just kicked me back to the store I think the they have to work more about the customers service

I was a previous employee of GameStop (when it was EBGames) and I always found the customer service from this store lackluster. The store manager Dante, if he still is present, I have to point out is amazing regardless. He's always been so kind, friendly and helpful. The staff however more often than not have always been very hit and miss. When contacting their store for help or transfers it was always so short and rude on the phone, and not to mention misinformed. From a customer standpoint the phone has always been horrible. I had an employee straight up lie to me directing me to head office" for my issue. Besides me knowing the pos system from working for this company

Griffin the new manager treat me and my wife so amazing, that I had to give a review. He was friendly and tried his best to help us. He didn't even care that we came in 10 minutes before closing time and he didn't rushed us.Thanks, and congrats to game stop for having such a good team, with great costumer service.

This gamestop handled the Tears of the Kingdom release very well! Special thanks to Taz for making sure everyone in line was hydrated (those water bottles looked heavy!)

Small store but nice, the new manager seems really happy to be there. If they don't have something you're looking for ask them if they can check stores in the area to have them shipped to the store.

Pretty good funko pop options, and had some good clearance stuff. Definitely worth checking out!
