I would like to thank Marco and his entire team at Rosehaven Homes for making our first home experience the best experience from any other home builders experience. Rosehaven homes never let us down on any updates, appointments or the 1000 emails i sent for questions that i needed answers for. They were on time for everything, best quality home options and on closing our walk through in a pandemic was the easiest process and very very minimal deficiency found. I will and have recommended Rosehaven homes to anyone reading this review and to anyone i know or speak with who is looking for a home. Thank you again to the entire team at Rosehaven Homes for making our stunning first home the best experience.

My experience with Rosehaven Homes is they take so much pride in their work. Their team ensures that every individual purchaser is the number one priority. In fact I just overheard one of the owners at the Randall Residences comment to the concierge that he has not experienced such prompt and excellent service from a builder before. Would recommend for outstanding quality and exceptional customer service.

As a 2-time new build homeowner, I can honestly say that our experience with Rosehaven versus our previous home builder was night and day. Everything about our new Rosehaven home just screams QUALITY. There were very few deficiencies and whomever comes to our home is amazed with how well the home was finished. It's something you simply don't see with most new home builders. We purchased our home at the start of the pandemic and the legal team was extremely supportive and allowed us to push back deposits by a few months given the uncertainty of things last March. Again, something you wouldn't see with another builder. The customer care team has been extremely helpful and very prompt when responding to our inquiries. I don't have to chase them for answers which was my experience with my previous builder.I can honestly say that if I decide to buy new again, it will hopefully be with Rosehaven as our experience thus far has been great. Thank you to the Rosehaven team for exceeding our expectations!!!

Very good employees who helped me solve the following problem. I was the second owner of a relatively new Rosehaven house and my AC was not working. It turned out to be that the external unit was not connected to the panel, which is something missed during the construction/installation process. It took us some time to resolve it, but the guys in Rosehaven were very helpful and keen to help.

I have dealt with Rosehaven Homes for the past 15 Years. I live in a Rosehaven Home and have purchased an invesment Condo from Rosehaven. Every single interaction with Sales Reps and Head Office, has been professional, courteous and cheerful. Issues have been dealt with promptly and far exceed my expectations. I look forward to buying more Rosehaven Product in the future!

Brand new home, with all upgrades. Kitchen countertop is so bad... it keeps staining and color has changed. when asked they say its due to steam from cooking... its kitchen what do i do there?? The palce is meant for cooking.... now i have to spend money again to get it done from outside.... this was not expected from such a reputed builder. We will not buying from Roseheaven homes again

They are quite autocratic in their dealings once you have signed the paperwork. Very rude in their replies even in emails. They only talk about making money and ignore customers convenience. NightAre to deal with. Just an unprofessional money making company.

Outstanding nice dealings until you sign the document,once you sign the documents and paid the fee then you will treated as a beggar... from my experience they are are not even count the amount that the collected for the upgrades , not reliable at all...

We have been supplying appliances to Rosehaven Homes for over 20 years. They are an exceptional company to work with. The staff are friendly but professional, the company has a wonderful family atmosphere and everyone from Site Supers, Decor Staff and the Admin Department are a pleasure to work with. This is a company that when they ask for something we put our all in to supplying them as they are loyal and supportive. I can not say enough about the Guglietti family and their loyal staff.
