Totally Bad Experience . I received wrong watch compare to the one chosen by friend as a gift. Color and design was totally different. I totally not recommend this branch (lloydminster). Also the guy promised me to give a tax free but its not been followed. He told me also that he will give me a cleaning kit for free but he didn't gave me as well. Totally bad experience.

From start to finish - Heather the assistant manager made sure I was taken care of and was friendly and courteous ! When I got the text message and was able to pick up Gabriel was friendly and even went as far as re-attaching my pendant to my chain for me and placed back in the box. Definitely recommend. Even though I didn’t have any warranty it was still decently priced

If i could give zero stars I would. Wont allow me to post without picking a star. Received necklace and bracelet as a gift. Necklace broke twice within 3 months of owning it. Bracelet broke 3 times in 4 months of owning it. The bracelet is now gone as when it broke the 3rd time we couldnt find ir.. They offered me $12 discount to get a new bracelet. What a joke. Was also told the necklace was pulled and worn out how in less then 3 months. I can guarantee it was not pulled on. Very poor quality jewelry.
